The pictures look so delicious on their website. I was so excited for sushi tonight. Ordering is easy online but you get there and it’s a mess to pick up. Food was late to arrive so I had to sit in the waiting area and listen to insanely loud instructions blasted over an intercom. Food finally comes out and it looks nothing like what’s pictured. Complete disappointment. I feel like I was bamboozled with what was boxed up for me. I had to check the menu again to make sure I even got the correct order. For a $60 meal for a couple rolls, a seaweed salad and an order of nigiri, I’d go elsewhere next time. Rolls are very inconsistent on filler vs meat. Filler being their obvious choice to load up the rolls. Absolutely zero spice. How does this picture of what I receive even leave the kitchen? Just a heads up, this isn’t a restaurant, it’s a to go only ghost kitchen with no customer service. Seaweed salad was the only positive to the meal.

Today i came across this sushi place ( pick up/ delivery for now, they started recently) I found their Instagram and their sushi looked way too good that made me drive and pick up some just to give them a try! (We should support small just started businesses) My order which came out to under 30$ which is completely steal for this level of rolls, sushi and how it was worth the price!. I got two rolls and one salmon nigiri and wow, it is soft but mediocre as perfect it should be, completely fresh you can literally taste how produce is fresh, and simply how i got full and enjoyed so much my delicious healthy lunch! Such a gem to be honest, hopefully they make their way because beginning is hard but this place is hidden gem that everyone should now! Best Sushi I have EVER had in my life! And I have had a lot of sushi! I only wish I had time to order more ! I was skeptical at first, because the to-go sushi was in a weird storage facility type place, and in something called a smart kitchen. I’m from the desert, visiting my grandma, so this is all new for me. Google helped my find it! I have had sushi in very fancy restaurants and this is by far the most flavorful, well presented, delicious sushi ever! I’m chunky, so I know food!
