Thai Street Food By George — Restaurant in Irvine

I took my family here and tried more of their dishes, pad thai was great!

-NOTE: this place is definitely grab and go since its in a corporate office, there's picnic tables outside in the center of the roundabout, but I wouldn't sit there since planes fly by occasionally ha!-

We ordered once again through their website for pickup via their smart kitchen. My family doesn't like delivery, and it's always cool walking into the kitchen space and seeing the types of food served there. Food was ready when we arrived, we live 20 minutes away and it was still nice and warm as we sat down to eat it.

Roast Duck with Rice So flavorful! My mom had this dish and gave me a bite. Sometimes the simplest dishes served with rice are the best. This was true. The sauce complimented the dish well and duck were cooked to perfection.

Yellow Curry With Chicken I am a weenie when it comes to spicy, sorry, but this curry was so good and flavorful. Actually, compared to the packaging size I felt like this was a LOT and I was only able to dig through half of it. Chicken, curry, peas, and potatoes were so good and went well with the rice.

Salmon with Green Curry - George's recommendation My dad had this dish, he is a big fan of salmon and curry and gives it two thumbs up. He really enjoyed the unique combination of salmon and curry, and the spice amount (I think we got 2) was perfect for him.

I Love George's food. His Pad Thai is awesome. The Drunken Noodles are also delicious. His location is inside a "Ghost Kitchen" facility called "Smart Kitchens". It's a hidden gem. He used to have a brick and mortar location on bristol street, before the pandemic started. Customer beware. Its all takeout at this location. You can find this food on most popular 3rd party delivery apps. You can do pickup via his website too. Thats where he shines the most. If you go into the "ghost kitchen" as a walk-in order, you can place orders via the KIOSK inside. Wait times may vary during peak hours. I find the whole multi-restaurant setup very confusing, but that was just my tired state. Plus, Google seemed to want me to go to the back entrance, which is supposed to only be for the food delivery services.

I ordered the yellow curry with chicken, and a Jasmin rice. It was supposed to be ready in about 25 minutes, but it took a couple of extra minutes. (With the staff's apologies.)

They were nice enough to go back and get me a plate and utensils to since I was staying in a hotel.

Definitely enjoyed it and if they were local to me, I'd likely eat here...
