This place has awful customer service. I waited 40 minutes for two things meanwhile they made at least 20 different items for people who came after me. I came in this morning to try it for the first time because it had good reviews and I'm always on the hunt for a good breakfast burrito. When I walked in I was the first person in line. I stood there for about a minute or so looking at the menu, there was a cashier up front but paid me no attention at all. They have a screen to put an order in so I figure "ok let's just do it here since this guy is apparently to busy." Also there were two people in the restaurant that have already been served so he wasn't waiting on them. As soon as I get on the screen to manually order another guy comes in and is immediately helped. Wtf?... As I'm patiently waiting for my food. No less than a dozen people came in and about 7 of them were online orders. All of those customers got their food before my family and I did. Even the ones that just walked up. No one had to use the screen like we did. I then went to ask about my order and the guy turned to the chefs in the back and said something and they all look confused. Then about 3-4 minutes later my food came out. They clearly forgot or didn't get my order in from the screen. It took 40 minutes for a burrito and a torta! Insane. The guy offered me a free bag of chips and I rejected because I'm not looking for free things. I just want good service. The food was decent. But I will not be back. They prioritize online orders more than the people right in...
Read moreWe recently were in Irvine and I had been wanting to try this place for a while.
During peak lunch hour the place was buzzing but not too crowded. We were able to grab a table easily.
It is a fast food kind of sandwich/wrap place. We tried their grill cheese and veggie sandwich with avocados and they both were alright. The veggie sandwich had avocados, tomatoes, pickled onions and alfalfa along with drizzle of Italian vinaigrette. The sandwich tasted very sour and dry. It could easily use some garlic aioli and other spreads to enhance the taste as well as make it less dry.
The menu could improve by offering more vegetarian friendly options.
Overall, not a bad place for the price but we didn’t think their sandwiches were extraordinary. We won’t be back unless their menu/recipes upgrade.
Not sure if their non-vegetarian items are any better.
Also, I wasn’t a fan of the fact that each order comes in a paper wrap. That’s a waste of a lot of papers!! For to-go order, maybe it will be useful but for in-house customers this...
Read moreGEEZ THAT BREAKFAST BURRITO IS GOOD!!!. It's my first time trying anything from this place and I love breakfast burritos but so many places are just ok. I ordered delivery and wasn't sure what to expect. I paid about $25 which I think is a bit high for a breakfast burrito but this one is absolutely hands down worth it. I got bacon, avocado, and sausage. It comes with pico de gallo, cheese, tater tots and egg. Ok here's what makes this burrito so good. It starts with the tortilla, so many places jam pack a burrito with food but this places grills the tortilla so everything stays in one place when i get it.The tater tots and the bacon was crispy and crunchy while the egg wasn't scrambled as much as it was over easy/medium. This gives each Ingredient It's own texture and letting you actually taste every flavor. Everything tasted really good and this is my new favorite burrito spot. Don't hesitate and order a...
