Just had one of the worst experiences here! We came out for a nice evening with the family and kids, to enjoy the outdoor concert in the courtyard. We ordered food online. I was advised my order would be ready by 6:35p, I received my order about 7:10p. Some other family members showed up, ordered drinks and food they were told food was a 90 min wait, which they still ordered. The kids were hungry and my cousin who is diabetic needed some food sooner, we ordered Happy Meals from Mc Donald’s. As the kids and my cousin were finishing up their food, representatives from Chik-fil-A started walking thru courtyard and started passing out sandwiches to several different patrons. The Hanger’s manager Sharon/Sandy not sure her exact name came up to us and told us we could not have outside food. We explained to her we ordered food from her restaurant and were waiting. While we were waiting we had to give the kids and cousin something she said that was fine and walked after the Chilk-fil-A reps. A few minutes later Mark on of the bartenders came up to us told us we had to leave. We attempted to explain the situation and he cut us off telling us to get the F$&K out! Really? With kids right there! The manager had just told us we were okay, he said she told him that she asked us 5 times to stop eating and she was going to call the police on us. What happened in that short time? This was so unprofessional and uncalled for. Throughout the night we seen other patrons in the courtyard with outside food, even sitting at the outside bar. The only difference we seen was our ethnicity from the other people who they did not give a hard time too. I’m very disappointed in what we experience tonight. This manager and bartender can use training on diversity and...
Read moreOrdered online, burger, kids meal and salad for $48. I got what the online menu called the house salad with description and picture of iceberg, tomatoes, blue cheese, onion crisp and bacon. I got a spring mix with vinegrette carrots and tomatoes, when I asked the server at the bar he said the online menu isn’t accurate anymore and that’s the house salad as it is titled. Made no attempt to correct it, I politely asked to change it to the Caesar salad then because I wanted the salad that was described no matter what you want to call it. I came back to pick up my salad even though the server saw I was sitting outside with a group of people who already started eating. He said nothing to me so I asked him should I wait for the salad or is he going to bring it to me and he pointed to a box on the bar and told me that’s my salad. I didn’t get a Caesar salad, I got that looks like the “house salad” as described on the “inaccurate online menu”
I found him rude and unhelpful. Also prob BS-ed me about the menu, they’re in a middle of a Ton of offices I’m sure people order online from here all the time, they would caught this mistake before. So either they don’t care or the menu is fine and he just didn’t...
Read moreCame here because my buddy was playing a gig here, so I came to show some support. Got a burger and my girl got the tacos. It took about 30ish minutes to get the food because it was busy and they seemed a bit understaffed, but when it came out, it was definitely worth the wait. The fries were excellent and the burger was very good. It could have done with just a little less seasoning, as it made it a tad bit salty. The shrimp tacos were awesome too, and the plating was so good that it felt like a crime to eat it. It was pretty busy, and since everyone was eating and drinking, most people weren't wearing masks, so just be warned. I ordered the Orange Guava beer and it was really good! The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they're ever in the area and want some good food and beer. This place also validates parking, so it's free! Just have to ask the bartender. Many of the tables have heated lamps which are great for combating the chilly air, but it might be a challenge to find a free table with one because they go pretty quick. Overall, a...
