Title: Inconvenient Lunch Hours at Burger King
Rating: âââ (3/5)
Review:
I recently visited Burger King during the lunch hour, only to be disappointed by their late opening time for lunch service. While I understand that many fast-food chains have specific operating hours, it was quite inconvenient that Burger King does not serve lunch until 11 am.
Firstly, 11 am seems relatively late compared to other fast-food establishments that start serving lunch as early as 10:30 am. This delay can be frustrating for individuals who have early lunch breaks or those who prefer to have a substantial meal earlier in the day. It would be great if Burger King could consider adjusting their lunch hours to cater to a wider range of customers.
Secondly, the delay in lunch service can lead to longer queues and increased waiting times during peak hours. Many people have limited time during their lunch breaks, and having to wait for the clock to strike 11 am can be inconvenient and stressful. It would be beneficial for Burger King to evaluate the demand during the early hours and consider starting lunch service a bit earlier to alleviate this issue.
On a positive note, once the lunch service began, the quality of the food was up to Burger King's usual standards. The menu offered a decent variety of options, and the staff was friendly and efficient in taking orders and serving the food.
In conclusion, Burger King's decision to delay lunch service until 11 am can be inconvenient for customers who prefer an earlier lunch or have limited time during their breaks. While the food quality and service were satisfactory, the timing issue detracted from the overall experience. I hope Burger King takes customer feedback into consideration and reevaluates their lunch hours to better accommodate their...
Read moreGood morning. I want to first thing God for blessing me the live to see a brand new year and a brand new day. Burger King is really not my favorite place did I eat it every now and then I will go by but I usually lunch or dinner time. I'm very particular about my hamburgers and I really don't like the way they make my hamburgers when I specify how I want them they don't do it the correct way. I came across a Burger King and I just looked at it for a second and I went through the drive-thru I was very shocked that a place my order but I didn't get hamburger that I usually do I decided to order some chicken sandwiches and young lady in the drive-thru so polite and also took my order and repeat it back to me and got my food correct. I am a fair person it just sometime when you specify the way you want it and sometime you are allergic to certain vegetables or sauces. She did make my experience a little better than last time. I just want to tell the public about my experiences at different places that I visit I let them know that good or bad to be honest with one another is very important to be honest I was raised that way. What I do appreciate the hard workers that try their best to satisfy customers like me. And I am wishing and praying for everyone to have a wonderful New Year's and always be safe God...
Read moreWow. You don't expect much from fast food employees. But this experience was ridiculous. I went through the drive through, this is how the order went. Me: Can I get a number 2? (Texas double whopper) Them: small, medium, or large? Me:Large Them: I'm sorry? Me (louder) : LARGE Them: what do you want to drink Me: Dr Pepper Them: Diet Coke? Me (again louder): DR PEPPER LIGHT ON THE ICE Them: your total is 7.95 When I pulled up to the window she charged me 6.48. So I checked the reciept. My order now read, spicy chicken big king, small diet coke, and a small fry. I handed the woman the reciept back and said 'this is the wrong order.' She acted confused for a few seconds and than said 'OOH, your the one who was yelling into the microphone, well what did you order?' I replied a number 2, the Texas whopper. She then conferred with her Co workers and store manager, then came back and told me - ' no you said a number 12, we have two headsets.' Then turned back to her coworkers and started to complain about 'dumb customers' without first shutting her sliding window. Needless to say, I did get my whopper, but it came with a small diet coke, and small fry. Like I said. I don't expect much from a minimum wage employee. But this was low quality service even for a fast food joint. I will not return to...
