If you're looking for a small shop with decent pastries, Donut House in Las Colinas might just be the spot for you. Located in a strip mall, this unassuming little shop offers a variety of pastries and donuts that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. The first thing you'll notice when you step inside is the warm and inviting aroma of freshly baked goods. The display case is filled with an assortment of donuts, croissants, and other sweet treats, all made in-house. While the selection isn't extensive, the quality of the pastries more than makes up for it. The donuts are light and fluffy, with just the right amount of glaze or icing. The muffins are moist and flavorful, and the croissants are buttery and flaky. The prices at Donut House are also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the pastries. And while the shop itself is small and unassuming, the service is friendly and attentive. Overall, if you're in the mood for some decent pastries and don't want to break the bank, Donut House in Las Colinas is definitely worth a visit. It may not be the fanciest or most high-end bakery around, but it's a solid choice for a sweet treat

First, I would like to mention that the customer service was not great. They weren’t very friendly but I wasn’t overly concerned since it was going to be a quick encounter. We ordered a variety of donuts, kolaches and 2 Minute Maid orange juices. I took a sip of the orange juice after we left the store and it tasted weirdly fermented/old. Upon further inspection it has a dark orange hue. At the bottom of the bottle, there were white debris gathering, similar to what you would see in kombucha. I’m 100% it was not pulp. The bottle expired 08/2021. I’m disappointed that this store doesn’t pay closer attention to the freshness of food and beverages they’re selling. I won’t be returning.

Never coming back here!!! Very Clean place, but I wish service and presentation was as good too. Donuts didn’t have proper dipped look and that’s because I was buying for guests. Worst thing was service - the moment I walked in I didn’t feel welcomed and when I was ordering I was being rushed to a point where cashier didn’t even hear what I was asking for or ordering just to be clear my order was super simple(6maple and 6 chocolate donuts) and on that he kept rushing me. Once I paid I said thank you Sir and in response he looked away as if he didn’t care.

Good donuts very bad customer service. I ordered a dozen donuts. They charged me for all the donuts separately even though the menu said 12 odd dollars for a dozen. When I walked out saw the receipt I came back in and I told them about the problem. The manager goes we don't have to mention prices on the board and that he can do whatever he wants. Even though I just came back within a couple minutes they told me that you came back after 30 minutes. Extremely dishonest, rude and non courteous people. If you decide to go you probably will have good food but a very bad experience over all. I'm never...
