Reading through the other reviews it looks like anyone who visited this location during the night shift had a similar experience. I went into the store this last Sunday (12/4) and ordered a sausage pizza, stuffed crust, and bread sticks. It was 6:00pm and the cashier told me it'd be about 10-15 mins. During that time I watched the guys/gals in the back make the pizzas and people come and go. Some time later Jasmine, the mod asked of o had a call on order. I said 'no, I've just been hanging out for the last 20 or so mins'. She immediately got angry and told me that I have not been there for that long. I realized I must have come off wrong so I apologized and said I'm not trying to be argumentative just saying Ive been here waiting. She replied with 'I don't care what you're trying to be, you haven't been here for 20 mins'. I then showed her my receipt that was time stamped at 6:02pm and then pointed to my watch that was now at 6:25pm. That seemed to have made her more angry and she informed me we were waiting for the stuffed crust and they usually take awhile. I told her that yhe stuffed crust was already done and in the warmer/holder and that we were waiting for the sausage pizza as it had got over looked. This make her very mad (I assume) because she then glared at me and asked how I knew that. I sarcastically reminded her it was because I had been there for 20 mins and can see what's going on plus cashier had filled me in and apologized for the mix up. Then she said she's giving me my money back because I have an attitude problem and she doesn't have to deal with it. 'Fine, whatever, fatty. Hurry up so I can go somewhere else'. Admittedly, I shouldn't have called her a mean name but at this point it was becoming increasingly harder to not get pissed off and lose my temper(over nothing had she not been so angry). Well, turns out she didn't give me money back. Instead she kicked me out of her store and said I can wait outside til she's ready to give it to me. In the interest of not escalating this any further I went outside. I waited there for another 10 mins and finally had to send kind stranger in to get my pizza that jasmine left on the counter seemingly taunting me. Now, let's be real. Little Caesars isn't good food. Read moreI intended on getting 2 "hot n ready" pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread.. not only was the pizza not READY.. the bread wasn't either. They said there would be a wait so I decided to make it a different order since I would have to wait 15 minutes anyway! The "hot n Ready was cold and skimpy, the deep dish was gooey and the crazy bread orders (2) were over baked and had a yeast taste. They were so overcooked that they couldn't even cut them right. I'm not much for pizza and rely on the crazy bread/sauce (marinara was cold tobtge point of having ice in it like it had sat in a cold fridge or freezer and had to be heated in a bowl in the microwave. Not only was the pizza so bad that I skipped even ONE PIECE, I rely on the crazy bread to eat and just tossed that nasty garbage where it belonged, the trash and had To end up cooking. My daughters will eat just about everything but didn't like the pizza either. I will NOT be using your stores again as this has seemed to become a theme at all of your stores! The " hot n ready" pizzas are NEVER ready and I always end up having To wait anyway so I might as well start ordering Dominos/Pizza Hut OR any other takeout. If i wanted to wait that long, I would have ordered elsewhere! I always send good reviews for everyone, but this time? I wasted money on 1-hot N ready, 1 a deep dish that was gooey and 2- crazy bread with marinara sauce that was cold. All garbage! Pizza but would have and will be order now anyways. $12.99;would have gottegotten me a large carry out stuffed crust pizza with up to 3 toppings...made MY WAY, FRESH AND NOT undercooked on the deep dish or overcooked on three only thing I'll eat...bread sticks. When I called to complain and At least Get them to make the order right (Even thought I would have had to get back out in the rain to pick it up, the employee i would hab answer would have been polite and understanding, empathetic and gladly replaced my order or offered a raincheck since I would have spent an hour+ defeating the purpose of NOT COOKING as we were all tired and had a busy day as I'm a single disabled mom of 5 very busy daughter's. Read moreI had walked in to get two pizza’s and a crazy bread. When I walked in the the woman on the counter was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention. So she ended up charging me twice and proceeded to say that she didn’t because a receipt didn’t print from her machine. And when I asked for a refund she told me to come back later if it did charge me twice even though I was showing her the transactions on my card through my bank providers app. I then came back about 45 minutes later to tell her that I had indeed been charged twice and instead of resolving the issue like she said she started having an argument with me. All I asked for was my refund and she asked me for the receipt which I handed it to her. She then claimed that I had thrown it at her and then she said that she could have me escorted off the premises for trespassing. When I told her all I needed was my refund she went into the back and called the cops. When the cop got there he asked what happened and told my side of the story and when he went to ask her side she told him I had thrown the receipt at her. I then asked him if he could please check the cameras as I definitely did not throw the receipt at her. To which the employee had responded with she couldn’t check them because her boss was the only one who could. Suffice to say I will never be coming back to this location, and not just because I got banned from this particular location for a reason that could have easily been resolved by giving me my refund.
