It's 107 degrees outside. We walk in, and there are no shopping carts. Customers are walking back out to get a shopping cart from the parking lot, I walk the perimeter of the store and find 6 carts being used by vendors to replenish stock, 3 being used by the store employees for Trash as they stock, 2 shopping carts being used to change out displays, 2 more shopping carts used to carry totes around while stocking, and I shopping cart being used for reset, one, one shopping cart used for trash in the Deli, that's 16 shopping carts, the Asst, Store manager explains they only have 40 baskets total, and this does not include however many are in the back filled with display stuff, it's 2 pm and they have no baskets, 60 shopping carts parked off to the side needing repairs, How can you get sales with no bascarts, Managers sit in the office all day, not walking the perimeter, not running the business. So tired of seeing people just sitting there waiting on someone to run in and get stuff and take...
