Okay so if your going to buy anything here please be aware, so Friday I called and spoke to Roberto the owner of the store he told me that he had a stove that I was looking for that worked great, it was brand new and I would love it, well since I was in need of a stove I thought to myself “oh my this is a great price”. Well we rushed to the store and purchased the stove right away took it home and later that day installed it, when we tried turning on the burners everything worked expect for the front left burner, weird right being that everything else worked properly. I texted the number that had been texting me and got a response about 2 hours later. The gentleman Roberto was rude through text stating that he was just going to return the money and for me to take it back because I was being difficult, but I wasn’t I just wanted my stove that I paid for to work, being that it was brand new and was told it worked great, joke on me. He finally agreed to come and bring me a new stove that worked but he would be taking the new one, which was fine it obviously didn’t work so take it please. Well he started saying that the technician on the phone told him it was incorrectly installed, which it wasn’t, but according to him it was a copper piece that had not been removed that made the front burner not work, he than started to say we had to change the main board on the stove because it had been burned out, now you would think hmm well that doesn’t make sense being that everything else works perfectly fine. So he said well I’ll have a technician come out to check but you’ll have to pay $70 and than whatever is wrong to fix, excuse me Sir but we just bought this damn stove from your so called new appliance store how is this happening. We had a electrician come out to check and see if it was hooked up right and what he thought which charged me $200 to come out, and to my surprise he said that’s not true if that was the case your entire stove would of burnt out not just one burner, the wires in stoves are very tiny and thin you would have burnt the whole thing out and it would not work, they are just trying to get away with selling you a non working stove. The electrician said himself it’s hooked up correctly no he needs to to fix his problem. Today I call the store and Roberto is supposedly on the phone with someone else but sends me a text telling me that it’s going to cost me $250+ to fix the stove his store sold that was not working properly. Please stay away from this place the warranty and all is...
Read moreUPDATED 12/21/2023: My review increased from 1 star to 3 stars due to working with the business to resolve an issue I had with my recently purchased dryer. The individual working with me to resolve the dryer issue has shown extreme levels of empathy and customer service. It has been a night and day comparison to the sales person, Eric, that sold me the appliances and failed to communicate pertinent information.
The current employee I'm working with has gone out of their way to try to make sure I am satisfied with the purchase and offered several different options that all fully resolve the issue with the dryer. I don't know which resolution we will end with, but I can say that if you have an issue with the appliances they will be speedy, kind, and professional about making sure the issue is resolved. That is great customer service and definitely a step up from my sales experience from the previous salesman.
Review from 12/19/2023, day of purchase: This started off like a decent experience and I was going to leave a 5 star review! However, now me and some of my friends that live with me will be leaving 1 star reviews for this business due to information that SHOULD have been disclosed being left out.
I brought a Samsung washer and dryer set from this business. Added delivery and installation, upon installation the installers said that the accessories were not included. Then they sold me the accessories to complete the job which was an additional fee that I had no idea of being referenced to.
I called the store and asked then why no one informed me that the accessories were not included and their response was that most people have the accessories already and that they have papers on the store walls disclosing this. Poor customer service by far. I should have been informed of this at purchase regardless of “postings”.
The store had the chance to resolve the issue and get referrals from me however the way the situation was handled with “I should have knew” response was highly unprofessional. I feel tricked and scammed and will most certainly do my diligence in making sure my point gets across unless the customer service issue...
Read moreLook no further, Supreme Appliances is your one stop shop for home appliances. Yes, there might be a tiny scratch or a little dent, but on the items that we purchased, nobody will ever be able to notice those flaws. Erik was our in-store contact and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the appliances in his Irving store. We had been to several "budget-friendly" appliance centers around the Dallas and Ft Worth area searching for a refrigerator, washer and dryer for our home. None of those stores came close to the budget friendliness as Supreme Appliances did. In one visit, we found a brand new LG washer and dryer as well as LG refrigerator. All with slight, and I mean slight, blemishes. Prices were very fair, but don't be afraid to negotiate. Erik was amazing and in less than 45 minutes, we had made our purchase. We just had the items delivered to our home and even the delivery guys were awesome. Overall, we will definitely refer friends, and have even referred our contractor. We will definitely be back at Christmas time to by another refrigerator for Grandma. You just cannot go wrong with Supreme Appliances! Be sure to ask for Erik. Thank you Erik for making our first purchase in Texas a great experience. 5 Stars...
