Lucky Star #1 Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Irvington

HORRIBLE!!!! This is the first and last time I will ever get food from this place again. I placed an order for delivery and the lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional. She said it would take about 25 minutes but it took about an hour. The delivery driver was cool, no complaints about him. I placed an order for myself and a family member and our food was terrible. I had boneless ribs with pork fried rice. The ribs were dry and had a funny taste. The rice wasn't fried it was yellow. My family member ordered spare ribs with vegetable lo mein and she said her ribs were also dry and tasted funny. She didn't have any complaints about the lo mein. I called to tell them about all of the issues and the lady insisted that the food was fresh and they've never had a problem before. Seriously!!!! I let her know this was my first and last order. So please stay far away...

horrible horrible horrible!! they messed up my order and when i called the lady kept saying no i sent the right order so i asked if the driver can come back so we can get our money back and she just kept saying the same thing The boneless spare ribs tasted like they just threw bbq sauce on it and it didnt even look like boneless spare ribs The rice you can tell it was reheated the shrimp looked old the pork in the rice looked dried out the rice also had green onion since when do they add that The chicken tasted like nothing and was completely white...

These people were so rude on the phone. Hung up while I was ordering and then made the delivery and didn’t even get out the car to put it on the porch - I asked for ketchup on my fries - I specifically said ALOT of ketchup. They gave me two ketchup packets. I’m not even from this area, this by far was the worst impression I have ever received from a food establishment. Ridiculous and disgusting....
