More information below. In short, wait staff didn’t listen and managers picked a fight about us trying to pay for something that the wait staff marked as ‘free’.

Myself an company went for dinner. The wait staff assumed someone with me order and didn’t listen. Needless to say the order was wrong but it was corrected after we had to show them the item in the menu again. Dinner was fine after that beside our wait staff taking a phone call on the floor as we tried to get a takeout order place.

Here’s the issues. The takeout item was a child’s meal and it was kids eat free night. We know the rules and restrictions about kids eat free. We order the child meal and told the wait staff that we are willing to PAY the normal amount for the meal. Management said they refused to give us what we ordered because it conflicts with free meal rules. The wait staff put it on the receipt under free even thought we were gonna pay. Might been better if was aloud to sit down and eat. Walked in the door at 11:24pm. Several employees looked at us and went about their business as if we wasn't there. One just doodled around with whatever was on counter. Why they couldn't of seated us at 11:24p.m. I dont know but from working in restraunt business I never give bad rep bc I know how it is, unless it's warranted. This time though I saw no reason why we couldn't been seated and ate and out by 12. None!!! Finally a younger gentleman comes up to assist us at 11:31 p.m.and we are told that they dont serve sit down past 11:30p.m. Ok well I sat at Arby's in a car and ate and saw 1 employee just wonder waiting on the 3 tables left to leave. Same one could seated and got us going at 1124pm. We drove way out of our way to sit down and eat after a long ride. I saw not one reason other then didnt want serve bc cleanup was down and they didnt want do no more. If there was a no star I would give that instead. So if you want to sit down and eat go at 11 I'd say because your not getting serve dine in after 1130...
