Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Irwin

The service at this place is ridiculous. The servers here make you wait for 10 to 15 minutes before they come to attend to you, and when they come the make faces as if they're coming to do you a favor. You can be in the waiting area making yourself known to them that you are there but they still will not show up. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of experience there. I was there today waited for 15 minutes alongside others, they did not show up for over 10 minutes I had to leave go to shopping for other stuff and came back the 2nd time. At this time I was by myself in the showroom. I waited again for more than 10 minutes when somebody finally came. He looked at me as as if I was actually bothering them. I asked for the classic pepperoni he gave me the regular pepperoni charging me more than what is listed on the board, when I complained that I wanted the classic, he said to me that want to wait for 10 minutes why can't I just take this one with an attitude, I said no I've been waiting for a long time anyway waiting for another 10 minutes is not a problem give me the classic Pizza so I can save my money as indicated on the board. He went back for a few minutes and brought me out a pizza that had a lot of butter on it, I took it anyway because I didn't want anything worse to happen to it. I must confess that this is the worst service I have...

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas for me and my family tonight, picked them up and when I got home we found that both pizzas were still raw and the pizza with vegetables on it was saturated in water to the point the pizza was turning to mush. Called back and was told if I could bring them back they would be remade right away. No problem, so I take the pizzas back. I'm waiting in my car and get flagged in and given some BS excuse about the remake is a little watery too because of the meat. now this is the other pizza that didn't even have a water issue in the first place, it was just undercooked! So I just agree to disagree, it's going on a half hour at this point. I'm watching the girl pull my second pizza (the one with the veggies) out and it was so raw that the dough was still stretching!!! And she was seriously boxing it up to give to me! So I say something AGAIN.....they have to remake the pizza a THIRD time. So now I am waiting with one pizza getting cold. I waited over 45 and the pizzas we received as replacements are still watery garbage. This was our first time ordering here...

There were two women in here when I came to order, and I had initially asked the one girl if she could take me but she then told me she couldn't, went and told the woman in the back what I needed. She came up right away and pulled out the $6 Classic Pepperoni for me. I then had wanted to leave a tip because after ordering she then proceeded to ask if I need some napkins and perhaps some crushed red pepper packets too. I didn't have any cash so I mentioned about maybe putting a ATM in the store (I only say this because I have been to pizza joints where they have em) because I didn't have any cash, would have gladly tipped. No pizza place bothers to really ask if you need napkins or seasonings. I literally seen CHANGE in the tip jar. People can be SO foul. Keep your "tip" if you're going to be that disrespectful enough to do that. I ended up finding a couple bucks to leave but I wanted to leave this to let them know they were appreciated.
