So I thought myself last Friday I want some sausage McMuffin with eggs and a large coffee. I hope they’re quick and there’s room for parking so I pulled up I parked I order I was pretty impressed by the restroom. It was nicely cleaned. Oh also, I would say there’s plenty of parking for trucks and cars Service is ok but walking customers are also business, at the end, I understood that the drive-through was packed but then again, I think that some of us don’t want to use those screens to place an order or rather place it myself the guy was pretty nice, so I decided all or give them a review it’s on the way for all the truck drivers that are going towards the asphalt and products call Vulcan materials. It’s a good and quick stop. I was actually surprised I was there less than 10 minutes. I took some pictures and videos to show you guys where it’s at. Big traders. I will suggest that little side street has plenty of room for trucks. The police usually won’t mess with you right there. You could also park inside it’s a big parking place I didn’t see no signs that said not big trucks so coffee was good which is a must for me and my foot was just what I expected Reason to put in this review it’s because some of us that work at the plant can find a place to eat breakfast and you don’t wanna waste a lot of time so I would say this would be the place I place my order use the restroom wash my hands Got my order start the truck and that’s one minute away from the main entrance but two minutes from Costco and one minute from the asphalt plant. It’s the end of the street at a Irwindale in Foothill, Mrmachine182 with...
Read moreThe past few times I've been here during my lunch break have been relatively pleasant. Fast service, decent food. I could get back to my office with time to eat. After reading the reviews though, looks like this place is a hit-or-miss. This time was a swing and a miss.
Went to pickup a mobile order (nuggets + fries) during a lunchtime rush hour as usual. Don't have high expectations for McDonalds, but most of the employees were doing an amazing job, jumping between stations, fielding the drive-thru, etc. Watched a guy nearly break an Olympic record running between the refilling the ice machine, grabbing drinks, and diving back to the drive-thru.
In contrast, a lady by the register was pacing oh-so-slowly back and forth between the register and the order screen for 10 minutes. Maybe grab a cup. Stare at the screen a bit more. Absolute no concern for the McOlympics nominee that nearly barreled her over for a cup of McFlurry or whatever he grabbed.
After those 10 minutes, I walked up to ask if my mobile order had even gone through. I barely even said "Hi," before she looked away and wandered off to go stare at the order screen again.
During my wait, another customer came in complaining he had been in the mobile order parking for 20 minutes and watched at least 5-6 cars come out the drive-thru before he walked inside. Bam, he got an instant answer. She got our two orders out in 30 seconds flat.
...after doing practically nothing for 10 minutes.
Go through the drive thru....
Read moreSometimes going to McDonald's is like hit and miss. By and large, they are accommodating, but not this location. Passing by and trying to grab some breakfast first thing in the morning, I requested no meat and cheese on my sandwiches and asked for more eggs instead. At first, I sensed that it was like pulling teeth over the intercom, and then by the window, the manager emerged with no willingness to assist, only "no," "nah," "nay," and such, written all over his face. Topping it off with his grumpy face, either still carrying the long night or yet to let his double-down dose of caffeinated blood stream to sink in. Without meat and cheese, the sandwiches would end up only half of its usual volume. Ironically, this corporation displays donation boxes collecting funds for kids in need and posters advocating for social causes. However, when it comes forcing processed meat and unhealthy ingredients down the public's throats, the majority of the staff on the ground is disconnected and has no resonance with the charade gestures of the corporate office. I still got their $0.99 coffee, but for carbs and protein, I was resorting to plant protein from their competitor down the block, with a logo that one would imagine humming...
