I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hams Seafood Express in the beautiful Florida Keys, and I can confidently say it deserves every one of these five stars! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like family.

The selection of fresh seafood is absolutely incredible! Whether you're looking for succulent shrimp, flaky fish, or the freshest lobster, Hams has it all. You can really taste the quality and freshness in every bite. I also loved their variety of local specialties and unique sauces that perfectly complement the seafood.

What sets Hams apart is the genuine passion and knowledge of the staff. They took the time to share cooking tips and suggestions, making my meal prep so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s clear that they care deeply about their customers and the community.

While down in the Keys with my boyfriend's family, we were fortunate enough to stumble upon this gem of a seafood market!

Special shoutout to Jose, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Despite calling just minutes before closing time, he kindly agreed to wait for us to swing by. We almost forgot to grab some Stone Crab claws before leaving the Keys, and we're so grateful we didn't miss out on this experience, especially for my boyfriend's family visiting all the way from Ohio. The warm welcome we received and the extra mile they went to crack the claws for us truly made our evening!

Also- I have to say they have THE best selection of seafood I have seen at any market since I have been living in South Florida. For anyone passing through the Tavernier area or en route to Key West, this is an absolute must-visit- you...

0n 11/3/2023, at 1:00 in the afternoon , I called to inquire about buying some grouper and yellow snapper fillets to be picked up at 3:30. Jose anwered all my questions regarding how to keep fish cold as we were autotraining home to NJ the next afternoon. He informed me that the fillets would be deboned and skinless. I asked about vacuumsealinmg and he agreed immediately. Jose told me the fillets would be ready by 3:30 as requested. After giving me the price yet Never asking for a payment, he texted an invoice to my wife; the amount due upon pickup! Unbelievable right???? I spoke to Jose Tuesday afternoon to let him know the red grouper was absolutely delicious and that I would be ordering a minimum of 5-10 pounds of seasonal fish each month. Thank you...
