Was working in the area and someone recommended me fatburger for lunch so I decided to go. Went in there a bit before 11am, the atmosphere was kind of sad, after reading the menu I headed to the register to place my order, there was nobody there, only the cook lady frying something; when I told her I wanted to order food she started yelling, calling for the cashier to get out. When the guy showed up, he was only wearing half his uniform and the bottom were some dirty shorts that looked like his PJs. I paid for the burger, eventually got it, all good and eventually was done eating. I noticed they had some signs for "new chicken tenders" which looked good....so I ordered some. I should have however paid attention to some red flags, 1. There was no pricing, they chicken tenders were not in the menu and it didn't say how many they give you. I ordered to go so I didn't check them in the restaurant but when I was gone, the only thing that I found out at that moment was the price when I paid, which was almost $10. Few minutes later when I opened the box I was surprised, almost scared when I saw those chicken strips, they were over fried to the point that they looked like a leather strap and not only that they only put 3 in the box! So each tender was basically $3. I felt robbed, probably not going there again. P.s I added some photos and a screenshot of the fatburger website so you can see how they advertise the...

A few days ago I had the worst burger and onion rings I've had in my life at this joint. Several years ago the quality and flavor were exceptional, but over the years it declined and I made the mistake of giving them another chance after a few bad experiences. I thought with the lower volume and take out only, the quality would be better, but man! I was so wrong. I ordered through Postmates for pick up and arrived just as they were packing my ordered and drove 10 minutes to my place, I ordered a XXL with the works plus cheese and bacon, an order of onion rings and and order of skinny fries. They forgot to add cheese and bacon on my burger (which I added on) but that didn't even mattered, as the burger was just this disgusting pile of smashed down, cooked to a crisp, dry and salty ground beef falling apart from a tiny, grease soaked bun with barely any condiments. The onion rings weren't any better, 8 soggy onion rings with barely any breading. The only thing edible were the skinny fries, which are just your regular fast food, pre packed fries. Most of the burger and rings went in the trash, I tried calling the store and complain, but they never picked up. I ate the fries and felt really cheated out of 25 bucks...

Awful. First, $50 for a small burger meal and a six piece wing meal. Crazy. Second, my wife requested no lettuce on her burger (she hates lettuce, especially with mayonaisse in it) and ketchup. Guess what? No ketchup and a mountain of lettuce filled with mayo. I ordered skinny fries. Guess what? I got fat fries. I took them back and requested the skinny fries. They brought them to me as I was walking out the door. The wings were just okay and the burger was below average. Will definitely not return.

Edit: A few other things I remembered: 1) They charged me $0.99 for bleu cheese dressing even though the sign says all wings come with your choice of dressing. The worker was unable or unwilling to take it off the bill and just basically ignored my request to do so. 2) They dont have most of the advertised types of wing flavors, including medium spicy. Weird. 3) They also don't provide celery or carrotsticks, even though the menu says they come with the wings. 4) My wife's milkshake was weirdly warm and thick, almost like it was made with non-dairy milk or ice cream. Gross. Just a horrible experience all...

This is the second time this has happened to me. I drove 20 minutes to get a bite to eat at Fatburger in Issaquah. I arrived at 9:05pm on Friday, the restaurant closes at 10 PM. The staff already had all the chairs stacked on the tables because they were closing in 55 minutes at 10:00pm. The manager said she was preparing to close and wanted to sweep and clean the floors. There were customers at one table having their meal with all the chairs stacked on the other tables all around them. It’s disgusting, unsanitary and disrespectful to expect a customer to have to sit in a restaurant an hour before they close and have all the chairs stacked on top of the tables around them. It’s also frustrating to drive to a place to get a bite to eat and the manager is basically encouraging customer to not to eat there. I left and went Red Robin where they welcomed me with a restaurant that was set up and the staff was welcoming their customers.

Consistency and quality has dropped dramatically and stayed this way for months. We tried being patient but this is no longer a fluke but a pattern. Not worth the money and it was always pricey anyways. I think this is a service issue that has made the cost no longer worth it. Fresh, warm fries have gone cold and stale. It looks like they forgot to scrape off all of the toppings I ASKED for. The photo attached is what the new normal has been for several orders in a row now. They have told me that THIS is worth $17 dollars! No! Their milkshakes are pretty good still. Pricey but good. Whoever is in charge of that, thank you. Everything else is not worth the money
