I tried again and yet I keep having to repeat my order or remind the kids at the end of the line my sides. I had to tell one kid I was missing my sour cream, guac, salsas and cilantro for my quesadilla. I went to pay with another kid and still repeated it. One kid tells the other what I am missing and I pay. I figure the stuff is in the bag because the kid is tying the bag. I get home and the salsa and cilantro are not in there. Some kind of re-training needs to be done at this location. This is not the first time this “order down the line” has been messed too. One time a male manager got my taco order wrong 3 times. I was already down the line saying “no, I’m not ordering the drunken bird...”. Who is the regional manager of this place? I let the gal manager know and she didn’t really seem like she wanted to take it up with the employees.
Update 2020. I’m just going to say this. There is a training issue at this store. Basically I’d the young boys are working, your order is messed up and they get confused. When the girls are working, I see them cleaning and stocking items. I never have to correct my order. This next example has happened twice so I wonder how often it happens. I’ve ordered chips and cheese. First time, the guys ran out of cheese in BOTH containers. But before the replaces the fresh. They proceeded to scrape the bottom nasty into my cup I was purchasing. This last time. The kid did the same, but there was a full second container that he didn’t use. He just gave me the bottom of the first. If I wanted old crusty cheese, I would show up late to a Super Bowl party to eat old nacho dip. The kid didn’t even top off my container with the liquidy new stuff. I never see a manager there. One time my wife and I want and they were closing 2 hours early with...
Read moreWe spent around $100 between two orders today and it seemed like the staff wanted to nickel and dime and complain about everything we wanted. My mom wanted an extra side of sour cream and the guy helping her kept arguing n telling her what’s free instead of giving her what she wants and letting us know the cost. I speak Spanish which they probably didn’t realize and I could understand the lady in Spanish complaining about my mom wanting extra sour cream on the side. I had to finally say well she wants it so please add it to our order so she did. Then they never gave it to us n when we asked about it she said that was for the previous extra sour cream she got that we were previously told was the free one and she argued more. When we got 3 scoops of habanero sauce I was hearing them in Spanish talking about how they need to charge extra. Instead of arguing with customers over a $1 side of sour cream or extra habanero sauce just let people know how much it is instead of making it a big deal. If you are gonna limit the scoops to 2 of habanero or whatever else POST IT CLEARLY. I haven’t been here for probably 6 months and have been told by others they received the same treatment which is why they avoid. I just thought someone should know why people stop coming especially when staff will argue and Snicker in Spanish about an extra scoop of salsa or sour cream like you owe them something. I won’t be back again. It’s just embarrassing for a establishment to treat customers like that and expect them to return when there’s lots of options where you are...
Read moreCame in to order one of their lifestyle bowls (never had one). I asked for the brisket bowl with half chicken half brisket. They made the bowl and when I got run up, they charged me for double meat. I explained that I didn't want extra, but just half chicken half brisket. The cashier said they don't do half and half, so I told them no one told me that when I asked for it earlier. The Manager came up and I explained to him that I ordered half brisket half chicken, he said they don't do half and half orders. I again said that no one told me this at the beginning of my order when I ask for half and half. I told the Manager that there's no sign that says no half and half orders as well as I don't visit this place often enough to know they don't do those order. He just said they will make me a new order and didn't apologize for their mistake because as customers, we're expected to know what we can and cant order when we walk into Qdoba. I didn't think it was worth my time to point out something that I feel a customer service manager would know and be understanding enough to see this wasn't the fault of the customer. He made me feel like I wanted all that extra meat and not want to pay extra for it. That's shameful as he sets the example for his employees and how they will treat their customers in the future. I have to say that this experience will make me look at...
