What a CRAPPY experience. First (despite the sign that says "NO $100 BILLS") I was denied service using a $50 to pay for a $7.48 tab. So these poor kids running your BUSINESS don't even have $40 in the till to give me change by 12:27? Come on. That was one time.
Maybe this location should be closed if the drops are $20 a day like he told me. My order is wrong 50% of the time anyway and I'm here once a week. And today is no exception.
I went out and dug that much in quarters out to play for the smoothie I was buying for my child. Then I have to hear 4 different ways from the kid how he doesn't have change for a 50 and I pointed at his sign multiple times that said NO 100's, nothing about 50's.
In the confusion of the (barely capable) girl trying to accept my order, she forgot to ring in my juice. Not going out to dig for more quarters so I guess no juice for me.

New trip... November 12, 2025:
Today I watched one hardworking guy running around in circles trying to make the orders for 4 waiting parties in the lobby. This wouldn't have been a problem, as I am fine waiting, had it not been for the 3 other employees sitting in the back chatting, in view of the room full of waiting customers.
One was clearly supposed to be doing admin work but instead was kicked back in it's chair giggling away with the other 2 who may or may not have been on shift at the time.
If you're off, please enjoy your free time without distracting the person who SHOULD be helping out. Please. This location needs ask the...
Read moreI used to be an employee at this Jamba Juice back in June/July for a month, and all I can say about them now is that the customer service and smoothie presentation isn't good. It will often leak out the top from overflow, not being properly blended (It blends smoothies best on 4) and once it goes to be blended, it gets neglected for a few minutes past the 30-45 seconds that it should take. As for the bowls, they no longer present it beautifully or with pride. They don't use half a banana for the rim like they should, and instead randomly throw the fruit on top with a lazy pattern of honey drizzle. The juice machines also need more concentrate and less water. It just tastes like watered down fruit. The new manager (she wears the black shirt) isn't too friendly either. I asked her to put more juice so it would blend better, and she took the blender really quickly and tossed the lid angrily to the side instead of just setting it down. I also noticed they don't put the freezer boxes lids down under it in the cubby, but instead leave it hanging out on top like a hazard. Not to mention the fruit display above the juicer where carrots, oranges and apples should go are not set up at all, noteven with ice. Last part is they don't even hand out the surveys or your reciept to you, maybe they know they will be...
Read moreThis spot is great. Just be careful if you have allergies. Ask them over and over, even after your smoothie. I've come in and had 3 incidences where i state my allergy at the register then ask again after the smoothie is made and the person says "oops" i got mixed up. More precaution needs to be placed with allergies.
The only reason I have 4 stars is because dillon did amazing this time. He made a mistake because it wasnt entered into the system correctly, luckily i asked and caught it before drinking the smoothie, but he compensated well and was very kind and also got fresh fruit from the freezer. I appreciate the effort made on his behalf. I've gotten a wide variety of responses from "i dont think it is safe to drink here if you have severe allergies" to someone finally grabbing fresh fruit....
