Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Jacksboro

My family and I love Zaxby's! The food is almost always fresh and usually friendly faces. I have had problems with friendliness and overly rude cashiers in the past but my last visit here was great....aside from the fact that we had to ask them to give us another piece of chicken because we were shorted some in one of our meals. The pieces were also super tiny for some reason and shouldn't have even counted as a whole piece each. They fixed it and we weren't mad or anything. Quick fix, no problem. The only issue here is the occasional bad attitudes and rudeness from cashiers. Other than that we love to eat here and enjoy how clean the place is and the drink machine is great too!! If I could give 4.75 stars I so would!

**update: are there today, Nov. 10. 2018, and the chicken was plenty big enough and so the wings were actually huge! Everything was great, we just didn't get our celery lol, no...

When it’s 100+ degree’s outside. You shouldn’t have your employees standing outside to take orders. When I ask the young girl why she was having to take orders outside, she said it’s supposed to help with the rush. However, there was one vehicle in front of me and one vehicle behind me. That is not a rush, and if it is, this location needs new employees. I understand some restaurants do this successfully. However they are properly equipped to have their employees outside and they have them inside at this degree. Nothing was wrong with the drive thru either. I entered the parking lot from a different entrance and had initially bypassed the young lady standing outside. A rude voice from inside said to pull around and order from the lady outside. Which I did. And even though you could tell she was extremely hot and uncomfortable she was a sweetheart. Do better Zaxby’s before one of your employees...

After s very bad experience at dirty Morristown Zax, I was turned off. Recently someone was headed to Jacksboro Zax I asked how they like it. Good. I decided to try, glad I did. I got several items to try and gave 1/2 to the dogs. We all loved it. Food survived 45 minute drive home hot and tasty. The ONLY downside was the cashier with a dead fish personality. She could have cared less if I was there or not and clearly didn't want to be bothered with my questions. I didn't let her spoil my evening, nor will I let her next time, as...
