I've been ordering quite often lately having no kitchen under construction since November 2021. Every time the Burritos and Burritodillas are great except for today. I ordered extra sour cream x2 and paid for it and it was not included nor was the 2 free sour creams ordered online. The burritodilla ordered with cheese but didn't look like but a few shreds. They gave white rice instead of brown. The Burritodilla was ordered with crispy chicken and black beans but looked like it was missing half the filling and cheese. $30 for 2 meals and tip and I was disappointed. My wife called immediately after returning home to complain about the sour creams missing. It makes the meal and didn't have any at home. They immediately delivered more upon my request and rectified the matter with kindness by giving us a free bag of chips was much appreciated. Overall the food didn't taste as good as usual. The hibachi steak on burrito was a bit chewy and not as soft or and tender as usual. I paid for extra but seemed like regular. They also put too much rice. Every bite had a ton and the BBQ sauce wasn't very flavorful. Maybe didn't put enough. There were peppers in it also not ordered. I didn't even taste the general tsaos on the dilla. So all in all not great especially after the order was wrong and soo expensive. If I could post photos of...
Read moreStopped in while visiting from Denver â just needed something quick and safe to eat, and somehow ended up having one of the better meals of my trip. Go figure.
Iâve got celiac, which usually means awkward questions, blank stares, and the distant threat of gluten sneaking into my soul. But the guy at the counter (Austin? Austen? A-dawg?) let me know exactly what I could and couldnât eat, no drama. He straight up told me to avoid the burritos, taco salads, and something called a âChiwawa,â which Iâm 70% sure is a food and not a small dog. Ended up with a bowl, and it slapped. Like finding your baby teeth in your parents safe next to a burner phone and a passport.
Anyways... everything tasted great, it didnât feel like diet food, and I didnât explode from gluten, which is honestly all I ask.
Only downside? The atmosphere's kind of... neon chaos. Like someone gave a high schooler free rein with a restaurant budget and a love of lime green. But hey, I wasnât there for the decor, I was there for food I could eat without dying.
Service was awesome, food hit the spot, and I left full, safe, and in a weirdly good mood. Shoutout to the guy (Austin???) who helped me out, made the whole experience way better...
Read moreEdit 2023 : eaten here 2 times this year and both times the food was a waste of money. Today did it for me, my burrito had a literal 3 bites worth of meat and 95% rice. Very little cheese, lettuce and even less corn salsa. I paid $11 for a half pint of rice. Last time we visited the food had at least meat in it but felt like they had 25 seconds to make 3 burritos and they were made horribly with broken tortillas and soggy messes. Not fooling me again!
Review from 2016 : Eaten here 5+ times and each time it's been very good. The staff is always friendly and awesome, to be honest they are probably why we have eaten here as much, it's just nice to have nice people greeting you with a smile.
Food is very good and good size portions. With a good selection of meats, which so far have all been good, and a nice selection of sides. They run promotions often on some burritos or food so that could save some $$.
Good place to eat quick, it's sit down but I feel you stay to eat then leave, it's not a hangout place. Clean and bright inside so feels "nice" to be inside if that...
