If there's any validity with these low ratings clearly the owner cares enough to have turned it around cause our dinner tonight was AMAZING! This was our first time ordering from here but based off Grubhub reviews it came highly recommended which is why I'm shocked by these reviews. I ordered the garden house salad with chicken, the Brooklyn pie and the jumbo wings with mango habanero sauce and every single item was fantastic. The salad was very simple but very fresh, chicken was warm and the balsamic dressing has to be homemade i assume and it was delightful. The Brooklyn pie had everything you want in a pie, excellent sauce and healthy amounts of fresh mozzarella. Perfect crisp to the crust which brought it up a notch in my book. The wings which I chose to do sauce on the side were crispy, big and perfectly cooked and the mango habanero sauce was awesome. Spicy, slightly sweet and not too salty. I will be ordering from here often. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Not to mention, their prices are extremely fair! ...

First time customer. Bought a margarita pie ( for pick up), half meatball. Smelled great. Ordering and pick up a breeze. Owner very nice and cordial. Regarding the pizza....one star is lost due to moisture. The sauce has a lot of tomato pieces with a lot of water making a VERY soggy slice. It tasted ok I guess, but hard to tell when its less like a real slice. Regarding the meatballs....very sparse and another star lost. There was more basil (and it needed more fresh basil) than meatballs. Honestly, you could group all the meatballs onto one slice. There is hope here. Cut back on all that water from the tomatoes, add some meat to the meatballs and it has promise. Sometimes my wife and I like to eat out and this place is a BYOB. They have some tables and it's kinda quaint which it is good. But no ambience. Just some appropriate music (Sinatra? Dean Martin?) and you have something. I don't need to watch the news while dining. Just giving constructive criticism. I will review my review...

Today I order I cheesesteak with provolone, peppers and onions . It’s get delivered and there is literally 1 piece of onion and a piece of red pepper with barley any meat or cheese . I call very politely and tell them my issue . Explained the entire thing then got put on hold some one picks up not sure if it was a diff person but I say what the issue is again. After 10 mins of explaining my problem and repeating myself multiple times I get told he’s the one that made it and it had what I asked for on it . It did not. Terrible customer service . Not to mention they messed up the wrap I got also but I didn’t say anything about that. This isn’t my first experience with them and I will no longer be spending my money here. 14 dollar cheesesteak with nothing on it I’m better off...
