DISGUSTING customer service. My coffee was made wrong at the location down the road, so I stopped in the Fulton location to ask for it to be remade. The bitter woman working night shift told me no, they would not remake a coffee that they themselves didn't make. I used to work for this company, I know that was a lie and she just didn't want to stop what she was doing and help me. I asked when they stopped doing this, because I myself have remade countless coffees over my time working for this company. I asked for a manager and got an eye roll. She didn't respond to me so I asked for corporates number 4 times before she told me she didn't know anything about having a number for customer service complaints. I told her where she could find it posted in the back of the store and she looked annoyed that I knew where it was. She rolled her eyes and walked away leaving me at the counter. She came back a few minutes later after "speaking to her manager", snatched my receipt out of my hand and remade my coffee with plenty of attitude and still managed to put the wrong flavor in it, because she was so mad. Read morei love dunkin, i really do. i've been coming here for about 3 years and i have had no problems with staff or my drinks. until today. i came through the drive through and ordered my usual. i pulled to the second window, after not being informed that the first window had been reopened as the pay window. the lady at the first window kindly asked me to back up to the first window. when i got to the first window again, i respectfully told the man working i was not used to this window being open. he very rudely responded with a "it has been open for 8 months now." Read moreStopped through the drive through on my way to work this morning. The lady that spoke to me through the ordering speaker was short and unfriendly. I ordered a medium hot mocha latte, as you can see in the photo that's not what I got, and what I did get was only 3/4 cup full. Besides the order being wrong, it came to $3.29, and I gave the lady $3.30 and she didn't even offer me my change. I don't really care about a penny, but at the same time, it's my change. The last time I went through that drive through they didn't offer me my nickel that I should have gotten as change.
