My experiences at this Dunkin' Donuts location in Jackson, NJ have been a mix of satisfaction and frustration. On the positive side, the coffee and food consistently meet the expected standards of quality, providing a reliable source for my caffeine fix and a quick bite. The menu options are diverse, catering to various preferences.
Unfortunately, the service quality has been inconsistent due to the behavior of some of the younger staff members. While not all employees fall into this category, there have been instances of forgetfulness and rudeness that have impacted the overall enjoyment of my visits.
One recurring issue has been the occasional mix-up of orders. It's disheartening to receive something other than what was ordered, and this has happened on multiple occasions. Whether it's a wrong coffee flavor or an entirely different food item, these mistakes can be frustrating and inconvenient.
Furthermore, the demeanor of some young workers has left much to be desired. There have been instances where their interactions with customers came off as rude or indifferent. It's essential for staff to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor to ensure a positive customer experience.
Despite these shortcomings, I acknowledge that not all employees share these negative traits, and some provide excellent service. However, addressing the issues with forgetfulness and rudeness among certain staff members would significantly improve the overall customer satisfaction at this Dunkin' Donuts location.

After leaving and finding out my order was incorrect, I called to speak with the manager in hopes she would fix the situation. She did not sound like a manager on the phone, and every time I asked for her name she would mumble it. She was unprofessional, she did offer me a refund, but only if I drove all of the way back to the location. I should have checked my order before I left but I didn't want to hold up the line - my mistake. I paid by card, and was told I wouldn't be able to get a refund over the phone. (can't go inside of the store because of covid regulations). According to the manager, it' was my fault for ordering a certain flavor of donut but "ok" for her staff to give an entirely different flavor instead. I don't know what kind of manager or establishment argues with a customer over how long a certain flavor has been "discontinued." The staff should of notified us about the discontinued flavor, instead of filling our order with a completely different flavor instead. We only asked for two flavors specifically. Upon first impression, we were pleasantly surprised that the refreshers were in stock, as this location never has them in stock. It became disappointing when were informed that they only had 8 chocolate munchkins, and the rest were glazed. What kind of variety is that! We pull up to the window and the employee opened the window l and started moaning in a very sexual manner. Very inappropriate! Not to mention, his finger nails were very dirty looking, not a good look for food service. After that incident, the man informed me that i was incorrectly charged for my drinks. So he had to take my card again to run it through twice. It should have been free at that point, my payment already processed!
