Newly opened so everything was still very clean. They were pumping out orders for online and handling the walk-ins in a timely manner. Everyone seems to enjoy living and working which is rare in sandwich shops. Please peel the top layer of the onion off (the part that's attached to the skin, it'll have a greener color than the rest of the onion) before slicing it. It doesn't sauté well and creates a chewy onion you can't bite through so it pulls everything it's hooked on out of the sandwich when you bite into it. I go to this location quite often. The food is great however today, 4/14/24 we decided to use a coupon. Well, the manager did not honor my son’s coupon, nor did he try to accommodate or offer any other deals. The coupon had not expired and it was a legit coupon because we’ve used coupons from the internet in the past at the Buckeye Parkway location. The manager said they run deals on facebook only. We will not be going back in particular location due to his lack of professionalism. I will be sure to let my friends and family know to avoid...

I came here on a Sunday around 1:00 p.m., and I was the only customer besides some pick up orders. All the staff was wonderful and friendly, very friendly for fast food staff. Some mistakes were made during the sandwich preparation, but they were all corrected with a smile. The dining room was clean and the bathrooms too. It's a bit pricier than other sandwich shops but everything was fresh and the staff was great so it's worth it.
