Tyler was preparing drinks with no gloves (ok, hands can be washed) and mask dangling on her shirt (against Starbucks policy and all current recommendations). When I commented the facemask works better when on the face, she went on a rant about how much she was doing back there and ended with how my beverage is non essential. She continued to rant, refused to put the credit back on my card or give me a proper receipt, gave me cash and went straight back to preparing...

Went in while waiting for mom-In-law to do her shopping. A little before 6 on a Friday. Ordered a coffee with cream and was told they didn't have coffee brewed, I offered to wait. She told me they weren't going to brew anymore as it was past their brewing time. (Store doesn't close until 10:00.) She didn't offer me anything else.
