5/30/2022 The professionalism, expertise, knowledge, empathy, caring, and quality of service is outstanding. I am reassured by these outstanding qualities ever visit that my fur baby is getting the best of care. With this visit, I received very detailed and objective medical information on when to start my Sweet Angel on chemo for her T-Zone Lymphoma. Every concern and question I had was thoroughly answered. Because of their help, I feel comfortable in making this decision and it is a hard one. I can't thank them enough for giving me what I need to feel comfortable that I will make the right choice. I am truly grateful to this wonderful team. 3/7/2021 My furry 10-year-old little girl went in for dental cleaning today. All preservice precautions were taken including consultations with OSU experts, complete bloodwork, and a thorough physical examination. A reaction to the anesthetic stopped her breathing and heartbeat for several minutes. Dr. Kerr and her staff skillfully and with care revived her. She was assigned a tech, Sarah, to personally monitor her the entire day. My baby was held in competent and concerned arms most of the day. She could not have received greater medical or emotional support. She is back to her ornery self. I am blessed I have found Concord Chapel Animal Hospital. They saved the center of my world's life. It does not get any better than that!

10/2/2021 As my experience was as good as it could be with a sick pet, I have no suggestions for improvement. Everyone at Concord Chapel Animal Hospital is very patient, kind, helpful, understanding, considerate, knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating, supportive, attentive, and any other superlatives of which one can think. They are truly a blessing to my fur baby and me. They deserve as many accolades...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDonāt trust this vet! Overcharged me $117 for what was suppose to be a vet tech appt for a set of booster shots for kittens. I requested they take them to the back and instead brought the doctor. Another time, they wanted to charge me $800 for a biopsy to determine what it could be out of 2 things and the treatment was the same for both. After not doing the biopsy and taking the treatment right away, they said we needed $70 blood work and so we did it even though my 14 yr old cat trembles and hates the vet. After I asked them what the blood work showed and they said nothing bc I should have done the biopsy. Another time, they told me I should have gone to OSU for a blood transfusion for my cat that was $1200 and she was fine after steroids for $60. The really expensive time was when they had me pay for TWO teeth removal surgeries for my cat who had gingivitis. A less greedy vet would have removed all the teeth at once like is common practice instead of an additional $1,200 surgery/recovery. They donāt care that we have bills to pay and that my pets would be dead on a farm/wild or in a shelter if we didnāt take care of them. There has to be a balance and they just donāt care about anything beside making money.
Update: They have a consistent problem with notifying/following up w/ me via texts or calling. For the past 6 years, Iāve excused it as technical issues but based on other reviews here, itās consistently bad. I never received a text reminder for this past appt so I went based on my calendar which was 30min late. My apologies I was late once in the past 6 years. Also, their āpolicyā on follow-up appt for kittens should be changed to vet tech appt if theyāre healthy and only require boosters. I was verbally told it would be a vet tech appt, which was consistent with other blood work weāve done in the past. I would have let it pass if it wasnāt over $100 and reinforced this pattern of excessive charges. I tired to correct the issue at the desk before I left the appt, but they had no empathy and didnāt correct it. I decided to leave bc it wasnāt that one personās fault behind the desk. I hope they adjust their business plan and thatās why I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to like this place but I will NEVER bring my dog back. I scheduled an appointment to cut his nails and told the lady the dog needed some form of sedation because itās physically impossible to cut them because he freaks out. I left work early to do this because they only have two slots during a day to trim nails. The techs did not listen to me when I said it would be incredibly difficult without sedation.(Also come to find out whoever scheduled me didnāt put it down as sedation and I was told they donāt do sedation that late in the day). They tried everything but what I kept telling them. We tried this once before and they gave us anti anxiety meds to help. Well guess what they labeled the dosage wrong and said it was our fault that we needed to give him more and thatās why it didnāt work. So when they took my dog away to try separation he pooped because HE WAS SCARED. Then when they brought him back they said they clipped them. THEY WERE BARELY CLIPPED. Then they preceded to tell me that it was his behavior and he needed to be trained every two weeks. I canāt take off work for the dumb times you have available and my dog is 5 he has been this way forever. They would not listen to me, put me through stress and put my dog through stress for nothing. I paid for my dog to be traumatized further. I am so disappointed...
