Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Called in last Thursday 10/4 at 715pm the girl working the phone got my order completely wrong she never asked me if I wanted pan or hand tossed crust, I asked for extra sauce on my wings and I got no sauce, I also ordered 2 pizzas that didn't have in it what we ordered and to top it off they put down my phone number as the wrong number on the receipt. I went back up there and told them I wanted a refund and gave them their food back. They told me they can't do a refund after cash out and to call corporate. Well I called corporate on 10/4 at 827 pm and spoke to a marg or Anne who I couldn't make out the name since she is not from the United States probably from India . She said she will have the store contact me about a refund. Almost 6 days later no phone call nor no refund. We called again and spoke to Marg or whatever her name is at corporate. I've been ordering from here forever but today is a brand new disappointment for a brand new year. I ordered a pizza for my daughters and breadsticks without cheese for myself. I didn't mind waited extra long today for the delivery but the driver finally arrives with my order being wrongly made with cheese breadsticks. She said the store made cheese breadsticks instead of regular bread sticks as I've ordered. I will not be bringing business here anymore. I've decided to sent the breadstick back. They said there is only one driver today and will not fix this order. What were you thinking when you know that the order was prepared wrong and still insisting on sending it out for delivery?!!! I'm allergic to cheese otherwise i would take it.

Ordered from this location while at work. 2 items on my order were made incorrectly. I tried to contact the store to see if they would remake it as we have a vegetarian in the house and there was meat all over the entire pizza. Wings also had wrong sauce. The “manager” that answered the phone was immediately rude and snapped at me mid-sentence that she has “worked there 2 years” and she knew “everything was made according to the order” which I then went through with her and she noticed the pizza was supposed to be half&half. Instead of apologizing or even acknowledging that it was wrong she snapped “Do you want me to remake the pizza or not” I asked for the wings to be remade also and she refused.
