Starbucks — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Tyler was preparing drinks with no gloves (ok, hands can be washed) and mask dangling on her shirt (against Starbucks policy and all current recommendations). When I commented the facemask works better when on the face, she went on a rant about how much she was doing back there and ended with how my beverage is non essential. I decided it truly was not essential and asked for a refund. She continued to rant, refused to put the credit back on my card or give me a proper receipt, gave me cash and went straight back to preparing...

Went in while waiting for mom-In-law to do her shopping. A little before 6 on a Friday. Ordered a coffee with cream and was told they didn't have coffee brewed, I offered to wait. She told me they weren't going to brew anymore as it was past their brewing time. (Store doesn't close until 10:00.) She didn't offer me anything else. I left and went to fast food place next door and got a hot steamy cup of coffee. Since when does Starbucks not have a cup of coffee? Ya...
