Subway — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Went into this store to get a sub with a coupon I had for two footlong subs for $12.99. The owner told me he doesn't except the coupons in-store or on-line because he is privately owned and doesn't have to. If you are a business owner I would think you would accommodate your customers but this owner doesn't care. Then when I stated I would take my business to Jimmy John's up the street he told me "I hear they have good subs." What a pompous jackass thank God I am not from the area and was just passing through for if I did live in the area I would not visit this establishment ever again. With an owner like that who would want to? Hell I may have made a sign and stood in front of the store and let everyone entering know how he operates his business and treats...

This subway is consistentley out of meatballs. The last 6 times we have been in there, they have been out 5 times. Another time, they only had enough for a 6 inch. And they have been out of the Steak before. They cannot blame it on the time of day I come either. This has happened at lunch and all times in the evening. I can understand this happening once a year. But 6 out of 5 times is crazy! I don t know how to run a restaurant, but if it was me, I would start ordering more meatballs. Because everytime a customer walks out, Wendy's or Arby's are probably getting the money. I know...

Was waiting before 9 for employees to open doors. When they finally did it was 5 after and they told me that the buy one get one ended at 9. Thus saying I had to pay full price. But that's not the end to my visit. I paid and got a cup for water then realized they had orange lava burst, so I told the lady that I recognized that they had that drink so I thus preceded to purchase a drink. After filling my cup up half way the syrup ran out, they didn't have any more, and refused to refund my money. Do not patronize this subway. There are several stores much greater than...
