Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Jackson

It was so loud inside, not only were customers trying to talk loudly so they could hear each other over the staff that were shouting at each other. The guacamole was so horribly salted and mind you I like salt on my food, but this was so salty. That's all I could taste was horrible table salt. I approached a person that was talking to the cashier waited till they were done and explained to her that the guacamole is way too salty. She says I'm sorry I will look into it. There was three of us that ordered the large guacamole with chips. None of us could eat it. I thought maybe they would refund my money for those three orders of Chip and guacamole. My husband and I ate here for the first time since they opened. The food was good and we appreciate the fresh flavors, it's refreshing. A couple observations.. my husband paid extra for two meats in his burrito it came out at almost 20$ for one burrito.. and yet somehow I had way more meat only choosing one. Regardless.. the portion sizes were still very generous and we didn't have any issues with too much rice like others have. Prices are high for a chain.. but still we agreed we would go back. My biggest issue was how bad the customer service was.. this is a new establishment and I wasn't expecting the unwelcoming atmosphere so soon. There was a younger girl at the digital order window and she was delightful.. but inside everyone else up front seems a little miserable. It's great to have a chipotle here! Not many good options for this kind of food in the area. I just got doordash and the food was great and large portions like any other chipotle ive been to. Maybe they are responding to the negative reviews and doing some quality control? Maybe I was lucky. Either way we were happy with it.
