Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Jackson

I went to this location today around 1:23 . I went through the drive thru. When the lady started the order she already seemed to have an attitude. I told her I had two separate orders and I proceeded to place my order. I told her my coupon codes for first order . I believe something was wrong with the second code. I still had my second order to do but she told me to drive around. I thought she was new but when I got to the window it was the older lady that always wear her hair short. She has some type of manager position I guess. Anyway she got the payment for my first order never spoke or anything she was talking to a co-worker that was also in a leader position. I received first order and she walked off and she came back to the window and saw my coupons and my money and told me that they don't do orders at the window. I said ok but I told you that I had 2 orders and you told me to drive around . She told told me I don't know nothing about a second order . She went on and did my order I have my money and coupons which was for a free side order. She was telling the other girl what happened and she looked and rolled her eyes ( so childish). Anyway have messed my change and bag. I looked no side order but an apple pie. I wouldn't ask for nothing else since they were messing up already. If you are having a bad day and you know you can't handle working with the public stay at home or something. The way those two were today was terrible. Service was okay until they didn't provide any utensils or napkins and macaroni and cheese that looked like creamed corn I ordered two three piece white spicy combo meals I got 2 mixed three-piece combo nothing was spicy. I went back there just past Thursday and the lady that works in the Drive-Thru window was very rude did not want to give me what I asked for it was very short with me when I wanted to change my order additionally the chicken all tasted old as if it was cooked way earlier than when I order it I would love for corporate to give me a call or email me because I'm just as the second time that I've gone there and nothing was right and I actually love going to Church's chicken but on these two visits they left much...

I really don't like giving just okay reviews. This location has an issue with its drive-thru cashier. She has an attitude problem. Is willing to hold up the drive-thru to let the customer she has a problem with get angry enough to leave or park and come in if she, the cashier can't get someone else to take over the window after she's taken the person's money. I watched this happen to a woman of her own color and when I came back the next day, she thought she was going to bad mouth me to the manager on hand today and it would be acceptable.
