This food was amazing! We ordered to enjoy during a concert at the AMP. The food was served fast and hot! It was delicious and unique. We had the pork egg rolls, the loaded fries (this wasn’t the name on the menu), and the brisket burger. There was a special chili sauce on the fries and not your typical nacho cheese. Again, it was delicious. My only regret is that this place isn’t open more hours with a permanent sit-down location in downtown!! Run, don’t walk, and place your order today!

Texas brisket!! Stopped by for breakfast, tried the brisket tacos, spam slider and the brisket, egg & cheese. Everything was fantastic. Brisket was smoky, tender, good flavorful bark, and there was a generous amount on the sandwich and tacos. Spam slider came on a hawaiian roll, so good. Don't sleep on the salsa verde 🔥 Nice shaded outdoor seating with picnic tables. Will be back to try the lunch menu asap. Hours are Tues-Fri 7AM-2PM and Sat. 9-2PM right now.
