Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Jackson

My husband loves Mexican food, we often frequent chipotle and Qudoba, so after hearing good things about this place from one of his co-workers he insisted we try it when we were in the area. We bought several items to try out. My burrito was really good. No complaints there! We both enjoyed it! I didn't care much for the bowl that I got though. He said his was ok. Then he picked up a shift in the area last week and asked if I wanted him to pick up food from there to bring home. Of course I said yes lol. He got me a burrito, and again it was great! He was pretty frustrated though, whoever made his bowl put next to no rice and beans on it (despite him asking) and loaded it down with sauces. It was quite disgusting. He usually won't complain but he was not the least bit happy with it. He said he'd have been better off going to taco bell. He's pretty forgiving but he did feel like he got ripped off. I'm sure if it happens again, we won't go back. Didn't have that problem the first time! So hopefully it was...

It's ok, I spent 50 dollars for myself, husband and kid. We got a kids meal, 2 nachos and 1 burrito and 2 drinks. The nacho chips were really salty and I love salt but this was way too much. May have just been a bad batch of chips. But I loved the fact that the chips were freshly made and you could tell. Everything was ok. I'm not a spicy person and I was still able to eat there. I guess it just depends on what you like to eat. I will try it again, maybe the chips won't...

I tried it again for the third time today because the first time was awesome. They completely ignored the details of my order. They just threw a bunch of stuff in a bowl that I didn't order and smothered it in cilantro so it tastes like feet. The tacos were okay but I asked for sauce on the side so they wouldn't be soggy and cold like the second time and they ignored that request. Terrible service, overpriced and nasty food....
