KFC — Restaurant in Jackson

This is by far the best KFC in the metro area. I have several KFC locations closer to me, but I'm going to make that trip every time I want chicken. First off, they are the only location that I know of that still serves spicy chicken. I just went a couple of weeks ago, and everything was delicious. I ordered 2 of the 3 piece meals. They were short a breast, so I gladly waited 20 minutes for all fresh chicken. I say that because at other KFC locations, when I say I will wait, I have literally had an employee at 2 different stores say, "You're going to wait 20 minutes for some chicken?!" Which is crazy to me. Anyway, after the wait before I left, I checked the bag, and they had all the condiments I asked for, fresh, hot, chicken, and all the sides. Everything was delicious. The chicken was good and spicy. The macaroni and cheese were good, and the mashed potatoes with gravy! My only complaint was that I ordered 2 jalapeno peppers, and they weren't in the bag. I take the blame for that because I checked the bag and boxes before I left, but didn't notice until I got home. I'll take that .70 loss any day because my food is always good and that's saying a lot these days. I definitely recommend...

Stood at front counter for a long time I was really hungry that day I saw and heard employees talking to each other they never acknowledged me or another male customer who walked in shortly behind me so I left. Once I was there and the clerk kept my change and when I realized it I returned and she say she forgot to give it to me she only gave my receipt. Reason was she was so busy talking with another customer who walked in after me. I have not had good customer service given here but the food is great.
