My husband placed a mobile order that he asked me to pick up. I did not leave until after the order had been placed. The first thing that happened was I waited at the drive through a good minute to a minute and fifteen seconds before my presence was acknowledged (there was NO one in the area BUT me), then I was told to drive to the window. I barely stopped at the window when I was told to pull to the front of the store. People who came after me asked to be let out as they were not placing orders or waiting, so it became old very quickly. I eventually parked to move out of the way, and other vehicles after me did the same. The second thing was I waited 45 MINUTES FOR A MOBILE ORDER!!!! No one ever came out to explain or apologize!!!! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! What really infuriated me about this whole situation is that other Taco Bell locations are not on this same level. I never once saw anyone going in or out (customers) and I never saw anyone moving around in the restaurant. The final straw was once I received the order and returned home, my husband stated, this is the wrong drink, to which I became outraged! He said, 'I know it's not your fault!' I knew he wasn't blaming me--I just couldn't believe after all of that, his order wasn't correct!!! He then stated he didn't have any sauce and asked if I was given any. I told him,'I gave you what I was given.' This should be dealt with in the most urgent way and with the utmost importance! A generic apology or flimsy excuse will only add fuel to this inferno because this has been submitted for all the world to see. Nothing--a free drink, dessert, or anything else wasn't offered for the trouble. Was there even supervision there during that time?! If so, they need to be FIRED, for starters, and I'm the last person to ever recommend such! I could not WAIT to leave this review, as I am still seething about it. My husband called the corporate office yesterday, only to not have anyone answer and he finally hung up. The worst thing to happen is that location is shut down and that's the end of that! That is neither a solution or resolution. That was a totally unacceptable experience for anyone to have!!!! Taco Bell corporate offices, you have the next move, but you have limited time to make it!!!!! This deserves a double number of negative stars; one star is way too...
Read moreYour order is never right. I will go out my way for the quality of my food. The whole crew needs to be replaced from the manager down. The crew members learn how to treat the customer from their manager. The manager is worst then the crew members. If a customer comes in with a complaint, the managers job is to fix it, not to go off on the customer saying her workers are good and they know what they are doing. ERROR!! Your job is to first apologize to the customer, fix the problem, assure them that it will not happen again, make sure it does not happen again, deal with your crew member on how to deal with a customer that she doesn't like or cant understand. The manager needs an attitude adjustment. If I were a mystery shopper this store will fail everytime. I go to this store every once in a while since the accident with my husband just to see if anything have changed..it hasn't. When you Abuse your Authority it need to be taken from you, simple as that. I will also be emailing and going to social media to let the CEO of Taco Bell know what is going on at their store until I see a change, even if I have to email them everytime I go to Taco Bell.
