Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Don’t come to this location. I was yelled at in the window by Jill over some whipped cream on a frappe. I drove back and forth a total of 3 times because of my order being messed up, that plus the rude customer service of Jill and the manager Jack who wasn’t very understanding or listened to me when I tried speaking and walked away mid sentence. I live in Jackson and I was also an assistant manager for that exact location. So I’m so disappointed in how I was treated. I’m never rude and I’m always polite. Jill always had an attitude and clearly it’s getting worse and something needs to be done about it. Again don’t go to this location if you don’t want to be treated like garbage, getting the second window slammed in your face and getting wrong food.

Read moreI stop frequently and was really dissapointed this evening. All we ordered was a mighty kids mcdouble meal w soda and a plain chocolate shake. We went inside. It took 10 min to get our food. The person taking our order was training and lost. Told me kids meals don't come in a double. No help for him in sight. He wandered around to find someone. Did not have a clue how to bag a happy meal. Finally found someone to help after they finished their conversation. The manager was talking with another employee about the evenings plans and what she was going to eat. The other manager ( older lady of the 2 managers on) took out a drive thru while announcing to her staff to stop asking her questions and she was going to change her name. WOW feel sorry for anyone who has a question. It was 5:10 can you can see the staff was flustered and somehow overrun with nobody in the lobby and not a lot of people in drive thru. Read moreNot the best ran McDonalds or I have bad karma. Being a local resident and having only a handful of places to go for a quick dinner, this is one I try not to frequent. Try to rush you through even during the slowest time of the day. Only time my order wasn't screwed up is during breakfast. After giving feedback to Killian Group(owners) of past issues, nothing has really changed for the better. Missing items, rushed in and out, and treated inappropriately by manager when trying to correct an issue with rewards not going through. So far each time I filled out the survey I get a call from restaurant manager offering free meals, this latest one is pending and will assume it will go the same way.
Hard to avoid when you have very limited options on restaurants to choose from for last minute meal, but I be trying my hardest to avoid it as much as possible in the future.
I recommend taking the extra time to drive to a different McDonald's or pay the little extra and go...
