Rally's — Restaurant in Jackson

Went to Rally’s on Northside dr., the manager took my order and I made it to the window and Dt see anyone in there!! I sat there a couple seconds and looks out my rear view mirror and see’s the manager and two other employees picking up paper!! They proceeds to walk in the side door and she come straight to the window to get the money!! I’m like ok let me see if she washes her hand before she fix our ice cream!! Rude staff and extreme wait time. I just went here Saturday and it was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The young lady at the window, Jameica, was very rude. She walked away from the window when I tried to order. When she finally came back, I had to stand outside for 15 minutes after I ordered, while 8-9 cars in drive-thru were served first. Also, to my disappointment, the shake machine was down. The employee did not offer an apology nor did she ever come to tell me what the ridiculous wait was for.
