Have never had a bad experience at this place until today. Ordered my usual expresso ground. The lady gave me like 4 different flavors to choose from. I said can you repeat that she said them again. I said caramelicious I guess I was confused expresso has never been offered to me in different flavors. Get to the window and she hands me a bag of ground coffee. I said is this expresso she says no it's coffee. Did you want this and held up a bag of expresso. I said yes ground. She said we don't grind this it is whole beans. I said I get it here all the time ground. Again she says mam we have never ground it. I said well you are lying but ok I get it here all the time ground. Again she argues with me and says mam we have never done that. I said it's OK I know the manager and I am contacting them. At that time I said that she said well we used to grind it but we don't anymore. That sent me over the edge. She flat out lied to me!!!! She could of said I'm sorry mam we used to grind it but we don't anymore. Nope she argued with me until she heard contacting the manager!!!!!! Then she changed her story to we used to but not anymore. I called her a smart ellic and drove off. Don't lie and be a smart ellic with a smile on your face!!! I stop at Scooters in Jackson MO every chance I get, but this will be my last trip...

The drive through line was SUPER long. The coffee was a solid 2/10, and I paid extra for whipped cream and they didn't even put it on my coffee. Customer service was not good to say the least!!! Would not recommend; Starbucks will be getting my money from now on. They took 20$ from me, the overall experience was very negative, and they didn't even get my order right. Read moreFor about the last month when I come to scooters in the morning there’s always something to prevent them from fulfilling my order. This morning the ovens were not clean and not heated up so they couldn’t make food and they also mentioned the coffee grinder is broken. The customer service at this location has steadily been going down hill. I constantly have to repeat my order because the employees don’t listen when the order is placed. The employees are getting lazy. If this continues we will find a new coffee place. This location used to be the best. We never had to repeat our orders and everything was ready when the store opened.
