Wendy's — Restaurant in Jackson

Probably one of the worst Wendy’s in Jackson. The service is always terrible. It’s always slow, and they never communicate with you. I literally waited in line for 20 minutes and then pulled up to the first window. I was in there for 10 minutes while the girl was trying to get the cash register to work. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to move or sit there. They didn’t make eye contact and they ignored me. And then finally the woman in the window told me to move down. And the people at the second window acted like I was supposed to be down there the whole time. I can’t read minds. This is only small compared to the out right glares and eyebrows I’ve been met with over the years. Obviously this is partially my fault for being lazy and it being nearby. So I’m never going to this Wendy’s again and I hope no one else does. At least until they get better management. Especially when it comes to customer service. The first time I went, I told the order taker several times to ensure my order was made fresh. My order was not. I brought it back in before I even left the parking lot, because a chicken nugget almost choked me it was so dry. I told George the manager, while the order taker spoke and said she told them. I told George I was in the middle of a Shift and had to come back. He wasn't listening. I had to call him and let him know amd he gave me orders to ask for him so he could make it fresh. When I followed the instructions and was sent to the second window, George came to the window and suggested I looked someone else. How many orders did you mess up tonight? Anyway, I asked him for a courtesy fry and he acted like I cussed him out, which I didn't. I explained to him that yallll messed up my order and that was no more than right. A fry, really. I just left the Wendy's in Jackson on Northside. I came through the drive to order and noticed the cashier just looking. We were the only one in the entire drive through. When we finally pulled up the cashier ( I want be mean even tho she do not deserve my kindness) just stared. We proceeded to say we didn't get to order and saw her looking. After her appearing to not understand she said we didn't pick the car up on radar. Ok can I order please (we were the only car in drive through) . Some guy in the back that appeared to be the Manger said you got to go around or come in. I left!!!! No regards to their mistake or just explaining they didn't get the alert. I will never go back to...
