Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Jackson

The service was terrible, I came inside to pick up my order and the lady at the front counter said she didn’t think it was ready yet but I saw a bag with food in it tied up on top of the cookie oven so I asked her if it was that bag and she turned around and said those bags hanging up on the rack right there are empty and I said no that’s not what I pointed at I’m talking about the bag up on the cookie oven and she turned around and looked again and said oh yeah that might be it. So she gives me the food and then my cup and in the middle of dispensing my drink the machine ran out of sprite so I took my cup up to the same lady and said can you please finish filling it up back there because the machine out here won’t let me get no more and she said well why not and I said I assume it’s out of sprite now and she said why and I said well it stopped pouring out and it’s grayed out where you can’t push it anymore and she said what let me go look and she comes around and looks and said oh that means it’s out of sprite so I’ll take your cup over to the drive through window and finish filling it up… I said ya that’s what I asked you to do already, that lady is so lost and has no clue what she’s doing up there and needs a different job at the...

I just left the drive through when I pulled up the gentleman said can I help you no welcome tozaxbys ok so I proceeded to order just a kiddie finger meal with a drink upon pulling around to the window you h black girl open the window puts her hand out for money no total no hello and tells me to pull up well I couldn’t because a truck was also waiting so she said pull in number one before I could she states ma’am you are going to have to move I asked for the manager a young man got her I told her the problem and that I wanted my money back the window was closed and I could hear that young girl talking about me at the window wow what unprofessionalism of a place that I eat frequently the manager said here honey and did give the money back I have never been more disturbed at how this young girl acted and is working in the PUBLIC I am a nurse if I did that to any patient regardless of treatment there would be a penalty disgusted with...

Took 50 minutes to get food today. All employees looked as if they were in a coma until Krista or Christine (not exactly sure of her name ) showed up to work. Food was regularly in the window from the kitchen and sat there with employees walking past. My order sat for several minutes in the window until I asked if the tray was mine. Yup.... it was. The food was not as warm as I would have liked. There was also a guy in the back walking with an open box of cookie dough. And....wait.... guess what happened? Most of the dough landed on the floor.

While waiting for my food with many other frustrated patrons, people were telling others entering through the door to go elsewhere for lunch. And....yes....many did.

If this is an example of Zaxbys everywhere....they will not be long for this world. I sure hope not.
