I am about to share with you, my awful $94.51 dining experience at Red Lobster in Jackson, TN on 11/29/2021.
I ordered the following menu items. 2lb crab legs, Salmon New Orleans, Jumbo coconut shrimp with loaded mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, and broccoli.
I have not complaints about the side dishes they were at best as good as expected.
The crab legs were served cold and returned to be remade. Then the second order was not too much better than the first order. This order of crab legs were the worst I have ever had at any Red Lobster, they tasted like they were boiled in recycled used dish water.
The Salmon New Orleans was substandard the taste was bland and overpowered with too much spice. The shrimp topping was watered down and just a low-down dirty shame an established franchised restaurant would serve less than desirable dishes.
In my opinion the service and quality should remain consistent during business hours regardless of the time I decide on dining, no matter if I'm the first customer through the door at opening or the last prior to closing.
I would highly recommend bypassing this restaurant and eat at one of the other near-by restaurants in the Jackson, TN that will be appreciative of your patronage.
I will take responsibility for this dining experience because I had the choice to decline or accept substandard quality. Consumers, you should always remain conscience of what business you give money. To those businesses you give your money to you give them power and you should not empower businesses to continue provided less than satisfactory service and quality.
No photos provided for this dining experience because they would be misleading.
On this day 12/05/2021 I received what I believe to be a robo-reply about my Issue. I have provided more than enough information for the concerning party Owner/GM to address. FYI, I do not use Facebook. I will provide requested information again.

Read moreFirst time going to red lobster in a very long time. Honestly if I hadn’t been watching bless your rank on you tube and started craving there cheddar biscuits I might not have tried it again for awhile longer. I hadn’t been in almost 20 years but decided to give it another shot. Boy oh boy was I surprised just how good it was. I am kicking myself for waiting so long to have tried it again. We started out with a basket of the cheddar biscuits. They were quite good but my wife pointed out a very good option that should be offered with the biscuits. Seafood gravy to eat with the biscuits. Just something to go with them to garnish the already good flavor.
We then ordered the Norway and langostino lobster dip. Excellent!!! Came with house chips that seemed to be fried in house. Very good and I highly recommend. This was $12.00
I ordered the seafarers feast. Everything on the plate was well cooked. The scallops were very tender with plenty of flavor. The lobster was well cooked and already split out of the shell. The shrimp scampi had plenty of butter and garlic flavor. The fried shrimp came with and excellent flavored cocktail sauce. I definitely recommend this dish. This cost $37.50
My wife ordered the Ultimate Feast. This was the same as mine except it came with crab legs instead of scallops. Everything on her plate was well cooked with the crab legs being well seasoned and pre split for easy cracking. This dish was $39.99
We ordered the crispy Brussel sprouts for a premium side which was $3.99 extra each. Very much worth the extra money. It has a teriyaki glaze on them that it cooked perfectly on the grill.
All in all we spent $110 before tip just for the 2 of us. Rather expensive but in my opinion well worth a nice night out with my beautiful wife. We will definitely not wait 20 years again to go back. They have definitely made a repeat customer out of us again. Look forward to...
Read moreWe had a BAD experience today, March 29, 2025 at about 12 ish, celebrating my new teacher job at Red Lobster located at 123 Stonebrook Pl, Jackson, TN 38305. The food was not as good as recent visits to this location. The hospitality of the Managers was not welcoming. The Server was not attending to our needs in a timely matter. When we were seated at this restaurant, we noticed the presumably male manager wearing a white apron with a green checkered shirt greeted all the Caucasian customers and when their food came out he personally went over happily to ask how their meal was. When our food came out, he saw that it was ours, he grunted under his breath and turned back around and went back into the kitchen. Upon ordering our entre, I distinctly told the server that I wanted the chocolate wave for desert. Well, it was supposed to be served with ice cream and unsurprisingly they were out of ice cream. I overheard a female, presumably manager telling the server that she did not order any ice cream instead of coming to our table, like good managers that we have encountered do. They tell the customer what happened and apologize, not these Caucasian managers. I asked before the entre came out about the desert. If the server had did her job and checked on the desert and had it ready for me while eating my entre, I would have known not to look forward to having the chocolate wave cake served with ice cream for dessert. I am sure if we were Caucasion customers, we would have been treated differently and had our chocolate wave cake served with ice cream even if they had to go next door to Kroger and get it because the managers at this location in Jackson located at 123 Stonebrook Pl, in Jackson, TN 38305 made it known that we were not welcomed...
