Liberty Garden Park & Arboretum — Attraction in Jackson

What I love about the Liberty Garden Park is that it promotes natural diversity and education about nature.

I loved walking around the park and seeing all the different types of trees and learning their names.

I loved seeing the bees and butterflies hoovering around the beautiful flowers.

They also have a small kid's area full of nature based structures and play boxes.

This park succeeds at creating an educational but relaxing environment for adults...

One of the prettiest parks in Jackson. It has a walking trail, bathrooms, water bottle filler, veteran’s garden, wall and rotunda, children’s area, arboretum, picnic tables, and garden areas. It is used daily by walkers (along with leashed, well mannered dogs). Occasionally, there are events like movies, weddings, military ceremonies, etc. It’s a lovely park. This is one of our favorite parks. It's not a large park or a park near water but it is pretty here. It's a park dedicated to veterans. There are several historic things here. There are a few picnic tables, two nice gazebos and a cute children's area. There is a trail around the park that we really enjoy walking.
