Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson

This has to be one of the worst "Fast Food" restaurants in Jackson TN. I saw an add on TV for the FIre Menu and wanted to try it. It was about 8:30pm on 8/1/24. I used the drive through, to place my order. I waited 10 minutes and nobody asked for my order so I said "Hello" and finally someone answer "Give me your order". I placed an order for fire mozzarella fries and a fire crispy chicken sandwich and medium root beer. There were 3 cars in front of me and I saw all three cars when I was on the main road approaching the restaurant so they had been there a while since I pulled up. It was 20 minutes before one car got their order and drove away. Then it was about 25 minutes for the next car. I was thinking they must be having equipment problems inside because other than the drive thru there weren't too many people there (this should have been my first warning sign). I finally get to the window after 45 minutes and nobody was at the window so I waited another 5 minutes. There were two cars behind me and they were looking frustrated so I tapped on the window, black girl holding her cell phone opens the window and asks for my payment. I gave her my card and she rant it through and handed the card back, started to close the window when I asked if I was going to get a receipt. She pressed a button and gave me the receipt. Waited another 10 minutes and watch two black girl employees standing waiting for food to drop but were actively on their cell phones and even when food dropped finished texting with people before filling the bags. I big fat black girl comes to the window and said your order is being cooked fresh is why its taking so long. I looked at her and said, you sure the cell phones have nothing to do with it? She slams the window closed runs over to the window to the cooks and I can see she's telling someone something. I thought to myself I'm not sure I should eat whatever they give me. I was right. The food was awful. What cooked fresh means dropped in a fryer straight from the freezer. Didn't even try to get all the grease (if that was grease) off the sandwich patty. It was fing awful. Just pulled into this BK drive thru after driving 10hrs. The female working driver thru was absolutely rude and had zero customer service skills. BK should be embarrassed to have that type of representation. Believe me it’s just as easy to pull into the McDonald’s next store and spend our money there. The audacity to think people first off deserve to be treated in that manner or to have people act like that when the only reason they have a job to get paid is by the service they are being PAID to provide is incomprehensible. For people to be that rude to is beyond my comprehension. The only reason I gave one star for food is they got my order right; which was a basic whopper no cheese and no onion, small fry. Made it simple enough that even someone who acts like they don’t want your business couldn’t screw up my meal.The only reason BK got one star in everything else was because I can’t post my review unless those fields are filled out. This Burger King ripped me off. I was in the drive through waiting for food after ordering and paying by debit card. I was sitting at the window waiting over 10minutes, after having already waited 20min to order when the window attendant said he had to refund my chicken sandwich meal because they were out. He said he had to refund me in cash because the manager doesn't allow CC refunds. He handed me cash. I assumed it was the right amount. I drove over to Wendys to order a chicken sandwich and discovered I had only been given $4 and change. The total amount for the meal I paid for on my CC was $9.19. I called them to complain and requested that they refund my CC and they said I would have to drive back there to get the rest in cash. By that time it was now after 9PM and I had 2 cranky little kids in the car. I said it was absurd to expect me to do that. The woman on the phone said I was rude! I said no you are rude, you ripped me off! She then hung up on me! I will NEVER go...
