Does shift leader of this location made a mistake and dropped some stuff into a set of boxes that was delivered to another store by the marketing manager this should have notified the marketing manager immediately after she realized what she'd done not let the box get delivered to another store and call another job for no reason should be investigated cuz it's her fault I've already reported it to channel 12 News channel 4 News as well as the BBB and I will be notifying the labor board of falsely accusing someone of something they did not do because it is shift leaders negligence and his owners negligence for choosing the wrong person or something they did not do causes person their job it's unacceptable the way these franchises work and Dunkin donuts as a corporate needs to come down harder on them make sure the owners of the franchises is penalized for screw-ups that happen in their locations Dunkin donuts corporate needs to crack down on a lot of stuff but they don't because it is shifted and not calling the marketing manager could have prevented all of this from happening and making another employee whose valued lose his job over something that was not his fault channel 4 News channel 12 News and the labor board is going to be involved in this situation as well as social media I'm going to get involved this goes viral and I'm a past employee of this company as well too!!!This is on my own because I don't like when companies falls to accuse someone of something they did not do so this shift leader needs to be investigated as well too and the marketing manager should be looked at too because obviously if she knew about this if they were told the marketing manager of what happened before the boxes left the store or in route to the store this could have been avoided but instead a nice person loses their job over something that was not and I know this post will probably be taken down by the owner of the person who monitors this feed but y'all need to go back and look at it and I'm telling you this now cuz I will post it all over every social media and I'm...
Read moreCame in this morning, after calling to see if they're open. Said they were, so I head down to dunkin. My girlfriend places her order and I come up next in line.
Rather than take my order, since the lady who took my girlfriends order was making her coffee, the lady at the other register calls the person behind me to order.
This is fine, but after that, the lady comes back up behind the register WITH COFFEE FOR THE SECOND PERSON BEHIND ME IN LINE (not the person who got there order taken while I was waiting, the customer had to be a regular or something, which I considered myself as well) She then calls up the person behind me and gives her her coffee for FREE with a free donut, proceeds to look at me, and then walks away entirely. I'm now standing at the registers with no staff, my girlfriend has her food, and so do the people who came in after me. Read moreThe worst service ever today. Realized the girl running the register had a sticky note that said "today is my last day so you better tip me." Well, we are loyal customers of DD. But it would be too long to go into detail on the cashier, but her service was rude and although we ordered our drinks and food perfectly ( ie. Plain bagel, toasted, with cream cheese) she kept telling me I didn't order it correctly, or when we ordered a Dunkin refresher (yes we understand that there are three types - tea, lemonade, coconut.. but when on the menu it says "Dunkin refresher" that means TEA, don't repeat yourself telling us you don't have just a "Dunkin refresher" .. it's definitely a "you had to have been there" moment and luckily this was the girls last day.
