Dropped my 14 and 11 year old daughters off last night with 2 of their friends(both 11). I left for the 2 hours and when I came back they informed me of some serious bullying by an employee. I guess while in the dodge ball room a smaller kid got hit with a ball and it hurt him some. The main girl working there angrily informed them 4 that they were going to be kicked out since the mother of the younger child complained. She also rediculed them for having another jump parks socks on. 15 minutes later she passes the 4 girls again and threatens them again that if they act up they will be kicked out in a rude pushy way. She then berates 2 of them for having the old jump parks socks on. Luckily the other girls working there were nice and informed them the socks would be free and to just change them. My 14 year old is a straight A honor student at FMS and the other praised for her actions, grades and being a patrol at SPE. The other 2 are so nice as well. The 4 of them did not deserve to be verbally attacked 2-3x by a 16-18 year old girl looking to abuse her power to younger girls. It is a shame for a father to come back and see these four girls somewhat scared. I turned around the car and was going to go back in and let them know, but my better judgement told me to leave. Way to bully these girls 🤡 I highly advise not letting your kids be unattended here for this girl who works is not suitable to be...
Read moreIf I could put a zero I would not because of the place itself but because of the employees, I took my son and nephew there for my sons birthday yesterday they had a blast, but the night ended off very badly, I approached the concession stand to purchase some snacks for my boys, and I had to ask one of the young girls to help me because no one was back there, she seemed annoyed and aggravated, my son asked for some chips and then changed his mind and she rudely asked me “so which ones are you gonna want” I said both since I have to kids, my son then stood next to the concession stand on a black mat that was there, he was not jumping or anything, he was just standing, she then proceeded to tell him”hey I can’t have you back here” and kicked him on his arm. I didn’t say anything and just let her continue to rudely check me out, I put my children in the car and came back in and let her coworkers know what happened, this is a place where you constantly work with children and if my son was treated this way I don’t doubt it can happen again, needless to say I won’t be coming back, I hope something is done about the people the have working...
Read moreI had my daughters 5th birthday here and it was really perfect for what we needed. A handful of kids in a clean space to run and burn some energy on a Friday night. I booked the All Star party room and the only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the TV in the room didn't work so we couldn't have any music playing in the space or watch anything while we waited to surprise the birthday girl. Our party host was great and he made sure we were always doing alright, he was exactly who we needed and I appreciated him for that. I will certainly be making my way back with my daughter because it was perfect for us. Not crowded and no real stress. Thank you for providing a great space at a great price. I just hope that when we come back for another party the TV will work so we can really party. Oh and a fan because it got pretty warm in the room. I personally enjoyed altitude more than any other Trampoline Park I've been to...
