I was so excited to come since it's opening. First time I went, we weren't able to be seated. Granted, it was the week of the opening, so I didn't worry about it too much because I understand.

I tried again tonight. Had a reservation for 8pm. Soon as we arrived, the hostess told us that they didn't have any tables available for us right then and they had to clean so we could sit at the bar or wait in the waiting area. We sat at the bar, and we ordered a drink and a shot. The shot came out almost immediately. After 15 minutes of waiting for my drink, I went to the bartender, she apologized she forgot and comped the shot, which was very much appreciated. The hostess soon came and said they had a table for us.

The table was small, which brought up a concern why it took 20 minutes to clean it. We sat at the table around 8:30pm. We waited to be served for 35 minutes. We didn't even get any water at the table and no one ever stopped by. I stopped the hostess and asked what was going on, we had been waiting for a while, she apologized and said she would check on our server. 10 more minutes passed and we still didn't have a drop of water.

I left at 9pm because at this point my patience had been far tested. From five different servers walking by never stopped but attended to another table who had just arrived. One of them kept staring at my friend with these nasty glances, and after the fourth nasty glance and still not being served, we just walked out and went to another spot.

I'm highly disappointed in the service because i was very excited to try this new lounge. We had a reservation and deserved way better. The only reason I'm giving two stars is ambience. Please do better. Will...

Had an overall bad experience. We were a party of 6 and had reservations literally on the 2nd night after opening. We went in and had to wait 25 mins to even get a table. They told us because we are a table of 6 we can’t be seated in any of the nicer tables (even though we had reservations literally). You can’t tell us that you’re “overbooked and want to accommodate larger groups than ours” and make us sit at a corner of the restaurant which literally feels like a different restaurant altogether. Anyways, they then put in a “back room” which had no music playing, warm, and in a corner table.

We had a table total of about $600 for a night which included some appetizers, just 1 hookah and some drinks. It was outrageously expensive. For regular shots they charged us $12/shot. The waitress was bad, she had no idea which drinks or food we ordered and when we asked to split the bill, she went on around the table asking what we ordered.

They added around ~18% automatic gratuity without us getting any perks of a large group. Ended up with asking three times to get water but never got water served on our table. For a place that has built this much hype, automatic gratuity, expensive food, and not to mention outrageously expensive drinks, need to have atleast something worked out well.

More cons: no paper towels in the restrooms no pricing on the hookah menu bad and confused service

Would not recommend anyone going here. There are better competitors out there. Attaching mine and...

I was so excited for a date night here. We arrived 15 min before our reservation and they sat us with no issues. Our waitress was sweet but wasen’t very knowledgeable about what sushi was cooked or raw. She did not know the chefs special. We ordered drinks, we chose the serenity fire or hot (it had jalapenos and they lit a rock hard lemon wedge on fire and it smelled absolutely atrocious) the drink tasted awfully like stale wood smoke and ash. I ordered soft shell crab, boi buns, and the black widow sushi roll. They arrived with no plates and the sushi was soaked in eel sauce it fell apart the minute it was picked up. No complaints on the bun. I ordered the 26oz ribeye and mashed potatoes and asparagus. Steak was great mashed potatoes tasted like soap and asparagus was mush. She ordered the salmon and rice and the salmon was extremely dry and not appetizing at all. For a 200 dollar tab it was probably the worst dining experience. The only good things were the buns, steak and...

Had a great time at Serenity Hookah Lounge! We ordered a hookah, bang bang shrimp, spicy salmon roll, miso mushrooms, riblets, and two cocktails. The hookah was amazing—smooth, flavorful, and lasted a good amount of time. The food was solid overall; the bang bang shrimp had a nice kick, and the spicy salmon roll was pretty good. The miso mushrooms were flavorful but not something I’d order again. The riblets were cooked differently than I expected, and while the sauce had a bit of spice, it was more on the salty side. The crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e was delicious. The cocktails were pretty good, but the atmosphere was beautiful—definitely a great spot to relax and unwind. I’d come back again, maybe have a different experience maybe try different drinks and food next time! I hope they add some sake inspired cocktails to the menu and even more Asian inspired dishes because the market is looking for it.

Let me start by saying—this spot understood the assignment. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was everything: smooth, laid-back energy with just the right touch of luxe. We were seated in the hookah/cigar lounge, and surprisingly, we left without a single hint of smoke clinging to us—no coughing fits either. Major win. Now let’s talk service—Kat, our waitress, was an absolute gem. Super friendly, attentive without hovering, and made some great suggestions. It’s rare to find someone who adds to the experience just by being genuinely helpful and cool. The drinks? The lemon drop deserves a standing ovation—chef’s kiss for real. As for the lychee martini, it was decent, but next time I’d definitely ask Tito’s instead of Kettle One. All in all, the vibe, service, and drinks made it a night worth repeating. Looking forward to coming back.
