Arby's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

What an absolute abomination of a fast food restaurant. Arby’s is great, the problem is this one is not at all. Bring on the Robots and AI, sorry not sorry! No one hear deserves a job… Because they do not care and cannot fulfill simple orders. Order, can’t understand the worker through the drive-thru…. At all! Ask for large orders, we get mediums. Ask for large fries we get regulars, ask for 3 large fry’s, we get two, we ask for sauce, we get NONE. All while we were told to pull up past the drive thru window to wait for our order. What the hell is the point of the drive thru????? No one was even there customer wise. Get it together whatever adult owns this place should be embarrassed. If they are not, Arby’s should strip them of their franchise! It is an absolute Joke at this establishment. Do not come here, sad thing is they will continue to get customers because no one reads reviews for fast food. This place has trash service do not come!

My husband ran to this location to grab some food for dinner. He ordered the three cheese roast beef sandwich meal for himself and a rb classic meal for me and ran it home. When we unpacked the food to start eating we noticed a blueish green spot (clearly mold) on the bread of his sandwich. He called them and asked for his money back and the manager told him to bring it back to the restaurant. When he got there, they told him that there was no possible way that it was mold because their bread comes in frozen and that’s just a coloration that happens when the bread gets wet. And even though his brought his whole meal back, they only gave him back the price of the sandwich itself back. Unfortunately, I was unable to snap a picture of the bread before he stormed off back to the restaurant. But this is absolutely ridiculous. Not only is it a health hazard, but completely unprofessional as far as service goes. I highly recommend staying away from this location if you do not want...

I don't know if this will update date but about 2 weeks ago me and my bro got food poisoning from there it was only thing we ate all day so I know it was them I called to speak to manager she was not in I left my number for her to call she never called me then I ordered online thru GrubHub on 6-28-24 I figured I would give them another chance and I cant blame GrubHub for this one my fries seemed like they were not cooked at all half frozen my burger that they brought back to menu no way it was cooked it was red in the middle and the lettuce was brown my cookie it was my favorite kind the receeses one and it tasted old I used to never have any problems with them now I have had problems twice and pretty sure I had food poisoning again when I ordered from them Friday June 28, 2024 cause was throwing up and diarrhea 4 hours after I consumed and again it was only thing I ate all day I will not be going back sorry to some of my favorite workers there I am calling health...
