Clean Eatz — Restaurant in Jacksonville

New favorite place to grab food. Edited new review. My husband and I came in on a Sunday and ended up waiting for almost a half hour before we decided to cancel our order. Apparently one of our orders sat in the window for over 20 min. And the other was to be remade for whatever reason didn't happen until we asked about our food. They seemed more concerned about meal prep orders. Also when asked for a refund, they didn't seem to know how and would get to it the next day. I find that odd not knowing how to refund in your system. Also they just punched our punch card and gave us some energy balls for the trouble, but all we wanted was our food. I liked this place, but if their employees can't take a second to look behind them to see if food is ready for already waiting customers... Who already paid, I find that a problem. No matter how busy they felt they were, since the people in line were mainly waiting for meal prep. The other person who came out to "help" skipped people in line to help meal prep customers first, when they came in after other customers who wanted to order and eat then. We got there at 2pm and didn't end up leaving until almost 240-245p, with no refund, no food and apparently some energy balls to hold us over. Thanks but probably won't be back...

The establishment is great but the new employees make the experience horrible. I came in today at 6:45pm, 15 mins before close. Upon entering no one greeted me, instead I had to hear two employees bicker back and forth about an issue on baskets. Since I was never greeted and no one was standing at a register I walked up to the one where I normally would place my order, which is the one by the smoothie signage. Once they stopped arguing, the employee that was working at the register still failed to greet me as she stood at the other register, unknowing to me. When I finally go to place my order, she looks at me like i spoke another when i stated that i wanted to place an order. she then gives me an attitude because I only wanted 2 vegetables in my bowl instead of 3 when I repeated myself 3 times that I only wanted those 2 vegetables. Then when I asked for a smoothie, ironically the smoothie machine was "down". I decided to leave at that moment because I was not liking her attitude and I felt that she was lying to me about the machine because they were closing soon. Horrible...

The food is absolutely amazing. I recently purchased two weeks worth of breakfast and dinner. Every single meal I’ve had has been incredible. Great taste, high-quality ingredients, and ironically less expensive than I can purchase my meals for via the grocery store. As a single person Clean Eatz is literally a Godsend to me because I know I’m getting excellent food that doesn’t have garbage in it, that fills me up and helps me with a fast paced life. I’m fairly well-versed in the culinary arts and have spent a considerable amount of time cooking in restaurants…I know good food and I know crap, and this is EXCELLENT FOOD. Each individual meal is packaged in a quality container. All I have to do is shove them in my freezer and when I’m ready to eat, press three minutes on the microwave and I’m ready to have a high-quality nutritious healthy clean meal. Being disabled, standing up to prepare and cook a meal is painful. Clean Eatz literally removes the pain. I’m going to be a customer for life. Thank you Clean Eatz for...
