So I got my usual barbecue salad with extra meat to go. I usually call in my order and pick it up, I thought it was strange this time they didn't ask me what kind of barbecue sauce I wanted but I just figured they'd throw it in the bag like they usually do. When I got there I had to wait and someone from the dining room finally helped me because the man at the counter had no clue what he was doing with the previous customer and was taking forever so someone else finally waited on me. I got to the car with my salad and realized I didn't have any barbecue sauce. I went back and real quick to get some. They actually had the audacity to tell me I had to buy barbecue sauce. It was $0.50 a piece. Now no $0.50 is not a big deal, but after $22 for a barbecue salad I think I can get my barbecue sauce to go with it don't you? If I sat down in the restaurant to eat that salad I would have been able to use the sauce on the tables for free but because it was to go I had to pay $0.50 per barbecue sauce which I did. $1.05 for what should already come with it. I already paid $22 and you can't come off one crummy barbecue sauce give me a break. You had the worst business practices for barbecue that I have ever seen. Sauce comes with it. It's barbecue. When I had something to say about it the one behind the counter he actually had the audacity to say" it's just food". It is just food, it's my food. That I paid $22 for. And furthermore you don't know what other people are going through, some people don't eat but every few days so for some of us it's more than just food. I honestly don't know what has happened to bono's over the years but the lady that waited on me and the man were both as rude as they could be and they just didn't need to be. Completely unnecessary. Especially when I question why is 50 cents, I just can't make it make sense and no one else can't either. I've been coming there for 20 years I bet you I won't be back. I'm not going to be treated that way by anyone and I will get...
Read moreI would not give it one star but i have too at least mark one. So here is what my experience was this past saturday night. I called in my order around 6 pm the girl that took my order was rushy and pushy. I asked her for it to be ready at 630 she said ya i was actually gonna tell you that. So i arrived stood in line paid for my dood. There was two people in front of me we all called in our orders and was standing there waiting for our food. There was alot of bags just sitting on the counters the cashier never looked to see if any of the food was any of ours. While standing there waiting a guy comes out maybe manager starts talking to a guy in line goes to the food waiting gets that guys food. Another guy in line again manager goes and gives him his food we all start lookong at eachother wondering whos food is just sitting there.finally after waiting 15 minutes i say i bet that our food well now the manager guy has left the counter. So i walk up and ask can u xheck to see if thats our food. Guess what it was mine been sitting there for who knows how long she brings it over to me and i open the box the bread is cold the cashier smarts off do u want me to get u some hot bread i said i have to go it has been 25minutes by then i had to get back to work. Thwn the other peraon started walking up to get their food i asked the xashier foe some bbq sauce and she started waiting and helping someone else so a waitress gave me the bbq sauce. I got outside all my food was cold no forks or spoon and attitude from cashier i called and wanted to complain to thw manager but then i realized i probably would have got the man who was so prejudiced that he only helped people he might have known i will never go back to this place and to top it off i had no microwave to heat it up and it...
Read moreAs an Uber delivery driver who makes pick ups here almost daily I have to say today I was COMPLETELY UNNERVED by the way I was treated. It was a heat index day of 105 and I was feeling heat fatigued when I came to pick up this delivery. I’ve asked for a cup of ice water multiple times on multiple occasions while making pick ups from this location and have always been greeted with kindness and a cold cup of water for FREE even when I offered to pay in the past. I asked politely and explained I wasn’t feeling well and showed the employee my shaking hands. I was rudely told “ we don’t have free cups to give away and it’ll be .54 cents” Which I didn’t have on me. I only had my phone on me because I was there to pick up an order. I also asked if I could possibly have a packet of crackers. Got the same answer of there’s a charge for a single packet of crackers. After I received the order I was there to pick up I went to my car and got .54 because I knew i was in a bad spot health wise and if I didn’t cool down I was going to pass out or heat stroke. Coming back inside I was yet again greeted with the same unpleasant face and no care at all for the fact that a DRIVER DELIVERING YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR YOUR BUSINESS was treated like scum during a health crisis. I am kind hearted and not one to spread negativity but this was just beyond inhumane treatment of a human in need of assistance. We’re all here to do our jobs. So if I can be nice while I’m on the clock so can you. Very disappointing behavior from...
