This place needs more staff. I received horrible service today and their excuse was it was really busy. Hire more people then! I waited for 20 minutes inside at the counter waiting to order take out food while I watched group after group get sat. It makes no sense for the lady behind the register, Brandy, to be running around doing a bunch of stuff when she knows someone needs to make a take out order. It makes sense to me if they want to make a take out order they have other places they need to be so quickly take their order so they can be in the system and can continue waiting on their food. It took so long that I finally left and went to McDonalds for lunch since I burnt most of my lunch waiting for them. I called to speak to the manager, after being placed on hold for 5 minutes Brandy comes back and asks what I need, I tell her a manager and she puts me on hold again. 5 more minutes pass then they hung up on me out of no where. I call back livid at this point, ask for the manager, get asked to hold and at this point I verbally barfed all over her. She hands up on me again.. because of her lack of understanding that the customers money is what is paying her salary I call back again and refuse to be put on hold this time. Of course at this point I am ready to climb through the phone and stuff a hog leg up her you know what, now she whines to the manager that she hung up on me because of my language.. WHO WOULDN'T BE LIVID AT THIS POINT?!?! In short, I spoke to Janice and she is going to attempt to make it right but with this ill feeling towards the way they are operating I am not sure there could be enough to make this right.. we'll see when I go back.

Read moreWe eat here often and usually have an overall great experience. Today, not so much. We walk in and wait. Then one of the servers curtly says, "just two, you can sit anywhere." Other times the servers say "hello, have a seat anywhere and we'll be right with you." We sit in same servers (Mikayla) area. She apparently knew the table seated after us. She spent time conversing with that table. Never checked to see if we were okay, needed refills or anything else after our food was delivered. We we ready for our check and needed a box and a refill. This server was sitting at the next table in conversation at this point. Finally catch her eye and she jumps up and tells her friend I'll be right back. She brings our check and I then ask for a refill and a box. She delivers both and picks up our payment. When she returns the receipts and card she says nothing. Not thank you, not have a good day, nothing. Just sits the tray down and walks away. Seriously? We treated her well, said please and thank you so I was a little dismayed at why she was so inattentive. Possibly a bad day or work drama but still, rise above and perform. Read moreSo I went to Bono's today around 1:10 as I normally due for my lunch break and boy it was not the service that I normally get. I walked in sat at the front counter at 1:11pm and Tamela who is also working the to-go and the phones walked passed me 7 times before she actually acknowledge me which wasn't until 1:17pm. Mind you the phone had only rung once and there was no one at the windw. (BAD Service) So I got up asked the guy who wore a gray shirt is there another table to where I could be seated and he got me seated quickly. Food is always good, Ms.April is a great waitress ask for her when you go in there. Normally when i got in there I Amanda is the one who is up at the front always smiling very help and will not walk pass you 7 times speak and not be busy and still doesn't ask what would you like to drink.
