Finally stopped in this donut shop right behind one of my Favorite Thai restaurants in Jax off Bowden rd. I’ve been so excited for this place to open. One of the first things I noticed - Reasonable prices! Wow a half dozen for $10?!; sign me up! Thankful for the very reasonable prices here. It’s very clean inside with zero clutter. They have a decorated wall that you can take pics in front of which is always much appreciated.

At first I was going to get all of the more unique flavored donuts when looking at what was available in the case, but instead decided to go with what I know I would probably like based on looks. My reasoning - ones like the Samoa, (not pictured here but sounded delicious) only had a thin layer of icing or goodies on the very top of the donut (kindive like mini bar donuts). Think of the comparison between dunkin and Krispy. Krispy glazes all of the donuts, then adds the various toppings on top verses dunkin just has the goodies on top, leaving 50% or more; dry. Now I know this is personal preference. I’m just including the details so for those of you like myself out there reading this, you know. I picked the donuts that looked like had icing on at least half of the donut verses the ones that had less than 50% icing on the donut. All of the donuts were very fresh except for the cute ugly donut. This one was a bit hard or over fried. It did have good flavor.

I also tried one of the dirty sodas. Dr Pepper with coconut cream mixed in - very nice! I did like that this is a spin on what is normally offered at donut shops in the area. The drinks do come with a lot of ice, so if you are someone who is not a fan of lots of ice, I would state that when ordering.

It looks like there is an automatic coffee machine behind the counter, and also grab and go coffee, energy drinks, and juice in a free standing cooler to snag if soda is not your thing. I did recognize a bunch of brands in here dollar tree carries for only $1 more. So the options in the cooler are also very price friendly as well.

Jacksonville has a decent amount of donut shops. This one is worth the try! Come support the small local spots...

I LOVE this place. I agree with Mady they deserve a million stars. Just opened in April. The softest, freshest donuts I've ever had and I consider myself a donut connoisseur. It's conveniently located at Bowden and Salisbury Road. It's comparable to The Donut Shoppe, but on the Southside, closer to my home. Cool flavors also - strawberry and pineapple crunch (yum), Biscof butter, smores, fruity pebbles, blueberry, apple fritters, maple bar and the usual.

They have a Mahoney which I want to try - a cinnamon roll sandwich with sausage egg and cheese. The Kolaches are really good too, they're like a big pig in a blanket. They have one with jalapeno in it. The bread is like a fresh Hawaiian sweet roll.

I was impressed how fresh my donuts were 10 minutes before close on a Sunday. The place is very clean and decorated so well. The owner even gave me a dozen free donut holes. They are so light and felt like air, so delish. My pic does have a couple bites out of the donuts - I just couldn't wait to try them. Some my maple frosting got on the box lid, but they are still beautiful. Much better than Cheer Donuts. Give them a try, you'll be very happy you did!! The prices are great too! I'll be back soon.

Addition to my review: my second visit was just as good. They also have a new donut called Samoa with toppings of caramel, coconut and...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Donut Delight! (But Seriously, That Croissant!) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Let me tell you, this donut shop isn't just good, it's transcendental. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the aroma of freshly baked goodness – a siren song for my sweet tooth. The donuts themselves? Forget about it. Fresh, pillowy clouds of dough, bursting with the flavor of the finest ingredients. Seriously, these weren't just donuts, they were edible works of art that disappeared within 24 hours (oops!). Now, I know what you're thinking: "Okay, the donuts are great, we get it." But hold on, because the real showstopper for me was the sausage and cheese croissant. I'm a croissant aficionado, a connoisseur of flaky, buttery layers, and this one? This one was perfection. Golden brown, melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. It was so good, I almost forgot I was in a donut shop (almost!). Beyond the incredible food, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The shop itself was spotless, and as a parent, I especially appreciated the play area for my 16-month-old. It made my visit so much more enjoyable knowing my little one was entertained while I savored every bite. This place isn't just a donut shop, it's an experience. Do yourself a favor and go – you...
